This company has been contacted over thirty times,voice mails have been left to no avail.I have contacted them since April 26,after a minor fender bender attempting to resolve the claim as soon as possible, the issue has caused my car to stop working at this point the engine has issues due to their lack of integrity or urgency in respondingThis company, has had me submit and resubmit the same claim three times, still no response on status of the process, you never reach anyone on their customer service line unless you wait 20-minsThis is completely unacceptable, I am at my wits end, this has caused so much stress and anxietyI would appreciate if something was done to resolve this issue, customer service is non existent, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, ever this is a poor example of Business 101, which is make the consumer happy and we all are happyIf this issue isn't resolved I will be taking further steps

On May 29th I was rear ended by one of their insured clients, we took pictures and exchanged information , I called the United Equititable to find out the status of the claim, they told me their client has days to submit paperwork, I called back after days, told me that the claim was denied and they will not repair my vehicle because their client did not submit the paperwork, that is totally unfair a person they insured damaged my vehicle and they don't have to pay because they are not responsible enough to fix a problem they caused its just not fair
