They set my car on fire!! My car was in the claims department for months! First they told me they didn't have my paperwork (I emailed times, faxed twice and snail mailed it to themI have proof of this) and then after they finally "received" my paperwork, I was told that my DL was expired; which it ultimately had notAfter they figured out that the DL was in fact valid, they proceeded to tell me that my car was in a fire where it was been stored and the claim was a total lossSeriously??! You keep my car for months, just to set it on fire?????!
