They did have to come back a second time to complete some ductworkI did suggest when removing old ductwork from an attic they might place a tarp on the ground to hold the old insulation to make cleanup easier
I have let them know that we have almost no dust since the ductwork was changedI believe the reason is that Alex and Jose as well as the other installers have have been trained to seal all of the joints/connections as secure as possible

We're charging $for pound of freon2nd company charged $per poundOne unit they said was shot had the breaker tripped and was not even runningHad cobwebs on it so it was never even testedHave to have unit running to test it but I was told it was shotIt just needed some freonunits just needed freon and 3rd unit needed blower motor for a grand total of $which included parts and laborTHESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!! They said everything was falling apart and were outdated units2nd company said units were in great shape and were hi-quality equipmentBud Anderson Heating and Cooling are total rip-off scam artistsDO NOT LET THEM AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT!! Worst case of total crookedness I've ever encountered in dealing with a local business!!! These people need to be shut-down!!

My negative experience is not because of the repair man that came and replaced the partHe did his job, was very kind and very apologetic and I am grateful for his sincerityMy negative experience has come with the company as a wholeWhen I made the first phone call when I reported my AC wasn't working, I was told that the AC unit was still under warrantyThe repair man came and told me that it was still under warranty, and when I offered payment told me, "no payment necessaryHave a great day." minutes later the poor guy had to come back and tell me that, in fact, there was an error and the unit was no longer warranty, and that the part that was already replaced cost $
I am a new owner since the AC was installed, and am only now being told that a the warranty needs to be transferred in order for me to qualifyI have had Bud Anderson technicians out to maintain the system since I moved in over years ago, and no one ever said anything to me about transferring the warranty
I believe this is company and the service they offer is not worth the insane prices they cost to service a machine that is only years old
Kirk did a great job servicing the AC/HVAC system He seemed very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him as the service tech and Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling for having their system serviced
