Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling (and Plumbing) just did some major plumbing repair on poorly installed plumbing sewer lines done by our original builder years ago The Bud Anderson team led by Don Pwere professional, hard working, came in under budget and accomplished the task faster than their original estimate Thanks to a great team of professionals (we also use them for our semi-annual AC/Heat check ups which is a geo-thermal system) This is a great team!!
Recently I had a A/C problem on my Heat/Pump bought last year I called Bud Anderson and the young lady I spoke with was very polite, understanding and offered to help me I received a call a few minutes later and Nick was on the line and said he would be here in minutes After inspecting the issue he said it wasn't the Heat/Pump but the condensation drain It turned out to be above the port and was stopping up He had to disassemble and reroute the flow It now works perfectly Nick was very professional and friendly I have been with Bud Anderson for almost years, when I built this house and bought systems from them out of 5!!! Great Company

It starts with our "go to" HVAC service technician Buddy has been coming to our house, and into our home, for several years now He is always on time, he is always polite and he is always helpful Buddy proceeds with his work in a professional manner and always tells you what you need The kicker is that he is truly honest in his opinions In other words, Buddy has never sold us something we did not need, nor has he ever tried to get us to do something we were not sure of doing In fact, he takes the time to carefully explain our HVAC options and then makes a suggestion best for us, not just him or his business He is refreshingly customer-centered Whenever possible, we request Buddy for our HVAC needs
We recently also used BA for some electrical work The call to BA was based on past experiences with Buddy We knew that if BA hires and maintains folks like Buddy, that we should try them out for electric work, too We were not wrong nor were we disappointed
We recently had Matt Cat the house to look over our wiring as we had had a lot of lights going out over the course of several years and bulbs not lasting as long as we thought Matt was equally as polite and professional as Buddy and he seemed to have our best interests in mind While here, he checked the breaker box as a matter of course and let us know that the particular style, installed often in 80s/90s built homes, was prone to burned fuses that could start fires Sure enough, he was right We went ahead and replaced it Additionally, Matt told us we need not spend heavily re-wiring the house, but instead we should just use more LCD bulbs He offered to replace our problem bulbs in canned and outside lighting at a discounted rate
Since we liked his work, we had him install new lighting These LCD canned lights have taken a dark room and totally transformed it Matt knew just where to place everything He then looked at our outside lighting around the deck and pool The solution was not an easy one, and he did not finish everything on the day he was here Matt came back and charged use ZERO for finishing work that was really just extra to what we had asked We will likely utilize his services to install some outside tree lighting
Both of these gentlemen demonstrated what you get with Bud Anderson H&C We were very impressed and very pleased
