WE are attempting to validate the balance with our client and will respond to the consumer via US Mail.
We have sent [redacted] a copy of her requested itemization of charges via US Mail. We have validated the balance due with our client.
We are not showing any duplicate accounts in our system. All mail was sent to the address Ms. [redacted] provided to the client until her address was updated by the US Postal Service. To the best of our knowledge, Choice Recovery is transferring accurate information to the credit bureaus....
We are unable to meet her request.Should Mrs. [redacted] be able to provide us information that she provided an updated address to us, we will be happy to discuss further.
that is not the way you legally validate a debt or account. Under the FCRA 609 law I requested that I be provided a contract or documentation bearing my signature be provided to me outlining the specifics terms and conditions I allegedly agreed to. I am more than certain that your response is mere hearsay. I will not contact the office further so that I can be manipulated yet again. My request was a very specific and lawful one and I expect your response to be the same. So again please provide me with a contract or documentation bearing my signature that corresponds with the date of service in question. When you contact your clients office this time for a verification instead of requesting a statement request the documentation being requested! In the event "your" client does not have a contract or documentation to provide I demand that you remove this account from your file and have it deleted from all 3 credit bureaus immediately and permanently. Thanks
We regret Choice Recovery and [redacted] are unable to come to a resolution. We feel we have done everything to explain the situation to [redacted]. We choose to return this disputed account to our client for them to resolve.
We have located an account for the consumer's former name. Our collection agreement and business associate agreement with Emergency Medical Specialists allow us to collect on their behalf. If you require more information about the service provided by this client, the date of service is 10/3/14. Your insurance company has already paid it's portion of this bill. Your explanation of benefits can offer you more information to the service performed.
We are working with the consumer, [redacted], to resolve the issue with her insurance company. Once we have resolution, we will inform the Revdex.com.
e apologize you have had issue getting through to us. At this time, we are unable to find a record of speaking to Mr. [redacted]. Our only conversation was with his wife on October 28, 2016. I have reviewed our call recording software for record of the [redacted]'s number calling us and...
am unable to find a recording. Is it possible Mr. [redacted] is calling the dental office directly?Your account was validated with [redacted] as accurate and valid. We are happy to set up a payment plan to resolve this account. Your consultant, [redacted], can be reached directly at ###-###-####.
We are aware of this dispute and our investigation is complete. The dispute is related to how much the consumer's insurance company will pay on this claim. We encourage the consumer to keep working with his insurance company regarding this date of service. If Mr. [redacted]'s insurance...
takes responsibility for this balance, we will be happy to remove this from his responsibility. This account has been validated with our client.

wish to have the company remove any references to their company from my credit bureau profiles immediately. This is causing unjustified harm to my credit and waiting an additional 30 days to post the removal is unacceptable. All three credit bureaus will update immediately upon receiving the information to remove any reference to this account from my profile. The erroneous actions of this company have resulted my receiving a higher interest rate on a loan and therefore I'd like to try to prevent this company from doing this type of harm to other consumers. As in my original resolution action request, I'd like to see an investigation into this company due to the volume of complaints received at the Consumer Financial Protection Burea that are of the same nature.
We have confirmed with our client, [redacted] that this bill is accurate and valid. The client was not given Medicaid information for the minor child. If the consumer can provide a letter stating the minor child had coverage on the date of service, we will provide this to our...
client for further review.
I'm going to send this form to Choice Recovery and see what happens.
We apologize for the confusion. We have spoken to our client, [redacted], regarding this debt. While we understand it was originally in dispute, Choice Recovery has never agreed to delete this record. [redacted] is aware and in agreement of our...
handling of this account. If [redacted] had an agreement with someone outside of Choice Recovery, he should follow up with them. Choice Recovery did not make this agreement with the consumer nor has our client requested us to honor this agreement. If [redacted] would like to follow up with the person he originally spoke to, we would encourage him to have that person contact us.
The original dispute was noted as a refusal to pay which prohibits us from reaching out directly to the consumer. We are unable to respond via US Mail. Choice Recovery has informed the credit bureaus of the disputed account and have validated the account as accurate. Should this...
consumer have further concerns or wish to speak of this in more detail, we encourage direct contact to our office by phone.
We have been in communication directly with the dental office who is not removing this account from our office. We understand the consumer is on a repayment plan directly to the dental office. We will update payments to the credit bureau as reported to our office.Should the...
consumer or Revdex.com have further questions about the consumer's repayment plan, please feel free to contact us.
We have talked to our client, [redacted] who has confirmed the amount is due for [redacted] with the same date of birth as the consumer. The client will confirm with Ms. [redacted] that the error was on their part. Choice Recovery has agreed to close out the account since...
the consumer has attempted payment to the original creditor.
The information provided by your insurance company to [redacted] indicates this is patient responsibility. If you have records that state otherwise, please provide these to us so we can request our client to update their records.
We will validate Ms. [redacted] accounts. Choice Recovery only obtains records related to the financial portion of the account. We do not hold any medical specific information nor do we have access to this information without a signed medical release on file.
A validation notice was sent to Ms. [redacted] on October 13, 2014 for [redacted] Limited and May 17, 2017 for Dental Care of Winchester. All accounts have been validated. The credit bureaus have been notified Ms. [redacted] is disputing the accounts. Disputes directly to the credit bureaus...
do not require a written response from Choice Recovery. I am happy to send out a medical release if she is seeking an itemization of charges.
I simply refuse to accept this response. The collections' agency perspective is obtuse and sounds unintelligent; and it worries me that you follow their sentiments. It sounds unprofessional for the collection agency to take the word from a doctor's billing agency and ignore my level of integrity in preparing a detailed response that clearly demonstrates timelines, pertinent details, and gross negligence. Its obvious that you as the Revdex.com are on their side and will not support the consumers request. I have already forwarded the complaint to the FTC and am contemplating taking this to a Small Claims Court to seek a judgment against the doctor and the collections agency.
Regards, [redacted]
