I have attached a copy of the call with MrsC*** and our representative There is no agreement to delete a record from the consumer's credit report It is important to note there are four open accounts in our office Any accounts that are paid will be updated to zero balance We do not offer a deletion for payment program

We will send the letter again to the updated address of the consumer

Once we receive confirmation from your insurance company that the insurance company is responsible for this debt, we will request the credit bureaus remove the tradeline Though we understand the consumer is still investigating with his insurance company, the balance is accurate and valid at this time

Thank you for providing more information. We do appreciate you trying to work with us on this matter. However, the account information attached is for a different date of service than the balance in our office. Please provide proof of payment for date of service 08/05/

We understand Ms***'s frustration in getting her issue with her insurance resolved. We do want to be clear that we are a third party collection agency and cannot advocate for her with her insurance company. The information we've found in reviewing your dispute is as follows:Our
client is *** *** Emergency Room Specialists. They are the doctors who provided service. The doctors are a separate entity from the actual hospital or facility. They also are two separate billing companies. When you speak to the hospital billing services this information is not relayed or provided on behalf of our client, the doctors.Ohio doctors are not required to participate in Pennsylvania Medicaid. The physicians do not have a Pennsylvania Medicaid number as they are not registered. You do have the option of appealing this with *** to make an exception for your out of state service but you will have to do that independently of Choice Recovery or *** *** ER Physicians.We have reviewed all calls between our office and Ms*** and will provide additional training opportunities so that we may explain this situation better to consumers in the future.Should Ms*** wish to communicate regarding this issue we will be happy to speak with her. At this time, the account is accurate and valid

We have honored the consumer's request The electronic dispute was answered to remove the item from the consumer's credit report

We received a dispute from *** *** on April 12, We validated these balances and sent *** *** a validation letter for each account on 04/24/ On June 22, our representative explained to *** *** the dates of service and a little more detail on his EOB On July 12,
we received a credit card authorization via mail This transaction declined If *** *** has questions about this balance, we encourage him to contact us directly

If this account is not removed from my credit report immediately, we will bring an action in civil court against Choice Recovery for damagesI will also be filing a complaint against the company with the Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Department

they are unable to complete my request. They have already removed these items from all major credit bureaus because they were unable to validate the debt

The consumer we have on file who received services is the same as the consumer The date of service is 03/18/ We will confirm the date of birth and social security number provided by *** *** *** *** is accurate

I I am rejecting this because your systems are wrong. I proved it by attaching you a record of all of the calls I received to my cell phone. Your number only showed up once. If you indeed called times. It would have showed up times in my phone records and they did not. Regarding the letters, just because your systems show that you sent them (which there is no way to prove you actually sent them) does not mean that I have received them. Again, I open all of my mail and keep the important ones. I never did receive any. Just because your computer systems show up as trying to communicate with me doesn't mean they actually did. Data is inputted by humans and humans make mistakes. Automation is created by humans and humans make mistakes. You may have to have someone take a look at your Putty and IVR systems, because they have information

on Jan 12, *** did not give me any other accounts that I would apply anything to, but she mentioned *** which is a hospital that no longer exists, I would not have any other accounts to apply the money to if I was not aware of itAgain I kept the arrangement for *** *** *** *** but they would not have received the monies as promised to show that I was currentI would like to know where my money wentI did cancel the arrangement that day because they were covering where it was going by saying by law they did not have to tell meAgain my contract was for the dentist no one elseI also need a statement showing the correct amount owed because the one sent was incorrect

Our agent, Whitney, spoke with MrsC*** on 9/26/around 12:pm The call has been reviewed and no mention of "Illegal" was used in relation to MrsC***s request for a pay to delete from the credit bureaus MrsC*** was explained the account will be updated to paid in
full.At this time, we do not see an error on the part of Choice Recovery Inc
