Please review the attached agreement signed by the consumer.  The last sentence of the Guarantee of Payment agrees to the collection fees.

The client has rejected the request to refund money to the insurance company.  At this point, the complaint is not with Choice Recovery and is with a separate party.  Proof of debt and rebuttal has been provided by our client.

The client has removed this account from collections.  The credit bureaus will be notified withing 30 days that we no longer hold this account.

I'm sorry Mr. [redacted].  There seems to be some confusion.  We do not have anyone in our system with the name [redacted]  Please provide a credit bureau account number so that we can locate the matter you are referring to. We look forward to resolution of this issue.

Our client, [redacted], is reviewing the bank statements sent by the consumer.  Since the payments were made before the account was placed in collections, we will be unable to respond until the review is complete.

This account is showing as paid in full as of 01/15/16.  We have requested a letter be sent to the consumer to state this is paid in full.

Choice Recovery has confirmed with Shadow Brook Dental Care the information we have on file is accurate.  On June 5th, we received a written refusal to pay.  Per the FDCPA, a written refusal to pay is the same as a Cease and Desist.  We are unable to communicate directly to Ms....

[redacted] without expressed permission.We also received a medical release returned unsigned by Ms. White.  Due to HIPAA, we get limited financial information on the account.  Without a signed medical release, we will be unable to request any further information. Ms. [redacted] is welcome to contact the original creditor directly if she is requesting information but would prefer not to allow Choice Recovery access to protected information.We apologize if Ms. White thought we were not addressing her concerns.  Without the ability to speak to her directly, we were unable to explain further.

The Columbus Police do not offer hard copies motorised as everything is done online. You can view the official police report at there website or call them. I have been round and round about this issue and you complete ignore it. It has become to.the point that is harassment and.looking at suing your company with my attorneys help.  You reviews of your company are horrible online with thousands of complaints with the same issue I'm having. I'm going to give your company two weeks to get this removed from my credit report. If it isn't done by then will have my attorney file lawsuit against your company. Thank you!

I confirmed that our paid in full letters went out in this morning's mail.  We do not request the deletion of accounts with the credit bureaus for payment.If the Revdex.com has other concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Choice Recovery sent a notice to the consumer 10/27/14.  Our Attorney [redacted] sent the consumer a letter on December 1, 2014.  We are attempting to validate the account with the client and will respond via US Mail once this issue is resolved.  We will let the credit bureaus know...

Choice Recovery does not request the credit bureaus remove accounts for payment.Mr. [redacted] was made aware of the accounts before credit reporting but refused to discuss a repayment plan with us (6/10/16).  Written notice was mailed to the consumer on 6/13/16 to which we received no response....

The Collection Agency was aware of an ongoing investigation into alleged fraudulent and abusive charges.  A copy of this letter was furnished to them as well and they knew of this; and still proceeded with marking my credit report in a negative manner.  The Collection agency should've made the effort to not pursue a negative credit report pending the outcome of the United Healthcare Investigation.  Again, I am disputing the doctor's charges and all previous charges because the doctor cannot charge me for a long office visit by standing in the hallway and giving me a script for an MRI as he forgot to give me several days prior.  I would request the video footage to prove the same but I suspect the provider is not up to date in technology by the appearance of his office.  I simply mention this because I'm confident about my dispute, which is why I have filed a complaint with the insurance company for fraudulent and abusive charges.I further understand that the Collections Agency verified the charges and believe that the doctor is accurate but they are not listening to my side even with the proof of a request for an investigation.  There is strong belief that doctors are always right but more often than not, doctors can be deceptive; and if I'm claiming there is a problem, I don't think my integrity should be dismissed because I'm not a doctor and you don't believe me.  Tarnishing my credit report seems excessive and just as abusive as the doctor's fraudulent charges; and should be dealt with.Researching typical office visits, the following is a guide for office visits and standing in the hallway for a few minutes does not constitute a "Long Office Visit:"

It states in the letter provided this account cannot be placed on my credit report. Again, if this account is not removed immediately I will file a complaint against this company with the Attorney General's Office.

I have submitted the attached documents to Choice Recovery and still state that the debt their organization shows as outstanding by me is Not Valid.  The amount stated that I owe is inaccurate and I’m therefor disputing the placement of this debt with their organization.I have and continue to be more than happy to meet my financial obligation, and settle this medical bill.  Because of the incomplete claims submission efforts and the incorrect patient balance, I am requesting removal of this debt from my credit report for all major Credit Report Agencies via e-Oscar. I will then gladly pay my correct remaining balance.

We believe the consumer's complaint is for Life Energy.  We don't represent Life Energy currently.  All accounts have been closed.  If the consumer has concerns about the cancellation of a contract with this company, please reach out to Life Energy directly.
