We apologize this issue is not resolved for Ms. [redacted].  We will reach out to the credit bureaus again and request they remove this item.  We consider this account closed and are not attempting to collect.

The original creditor was Anesthesia Associate of [redacted] County. The amount is $409.00.

In response to the consumer's latest objections - 1. Mail was sent to [redacted]2. Collections were not pursued after the consumer had told us twice she was reviewing with her insurance company.  She was fully aware of the debt and acknowledge she was in receipt of the letter.  There was no need to keep pursuing a debt when the consumer told us she would call us back to set up arrangements.  In fact, it is a courtesy to the consumer as we would not want to harass a consumer.3. The credit bureaus file, including this July payment, has been acknowledged as received by [redacted].

I would like to see the company policy / agreement with the provider stating they will not delete any collection from credit report after payment is made.

We have reviewed the call regarding payment of this account.  The consumer, nor her husband who made the payment, were told that these accounts were not eligible to credit report.  If Ms. [redacted] can provide a letter showing that her insurance company was responsible for these bills, we will...

On February 5, 2018 I contacted the billing center or [redacted] Medical center. I provided them with my Social Security Number and they DID NOT have an open collection account or any other accounts sent to Choice Recovery besides the bills submitted to them in 2014 for collection. Again these bills were discharged in my chapter 7 bankruptcy. Also the account numbers referenced by Choice Recovery were not accessable in [redacted] Billing system. Also Trans Union removed the debt and restored my points. This company has fraudulent business practises and should be fined l!

bill) in March of 2017, please submit this to us.  We will need your insurance information (company name and member id) to confirm insurance on the date of service.  The insurance [redacted] had on file couldn't be verified as valid on the date of service.Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.  We will be happy to investigate more once we have your insurance information and proof of address.

The attached license was our Collection Agency License for Florida.  Choice Recovery is licensed to do business and collect in Florida.

We have validated the debt with our client, [redacted] of Clay County.  Notice of this validation and medical release has been sent to the consumer's last known address.Choice Recovery did not purchase your debt.  We work as a third party collection agency for this medical provider.  We do not find any of the consumers additional claims to be valid.  If the consumer has additional questions on credit and collections we encourage them to contact a licensed credit/financial adviser or a legal professional.

rejecting this response because: This is incorrect. I requested that you validate my debt which is required by law not verify it those are two different things. Validating is providing something from the original contract that was supposedly signed which you never did.  You mention in your response  I need to sign a release but this was never sent to me. If it was as you claim please provide dates because the only thing you sent was something anyone could have got from google a general statement saying I owe a hospital. When was that ever sent to me? You have never sent me any release forms and blatantly ignored my certified letters giving you 30 days to respond are remove from my credit report.  I have tracking numbers proving when they were received and signed for but no one from your agency responded back until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com.

We attempted to make contact with Ms. [redacted] 3 times in 2012 and 2013.  We spoke to Ms. [redacted] directly on 06/05/12 where she provided insurance information for the rebill.  After insurance paid, we sent two further statements to the consumer and made two additional calls to try to...

inform her of the payment.  All attempts went unanswered.We are attempting to validate this balance with our client, [redacted] ER Consultants.  Once we have information back from our client, we will respond to the dispute.

I have never recieved any phone calls. I did not sign any documentation at the doctor's office to indicate that I would pay for any collection fees if an amount was sent to collections. I had made several attempts to contact the doctor regarding the initial invoice and they never returned my calls either. I sent a payment based on the invoice from my insurnace which Choice Recovery returned to me. I'm appalled at the response from the collection agency since no one ever seems to return calls and I've left messages to their organization. If they made such calls why do I not have any missed calls from there general phone number? That would have been an indication that they called but I did not recieve such calls.

We have confirmed the balance with our client, [redacted].  The consumer signed financial liability paperwork at the doctor's office that stated she would be charged a collection fee if the balance was turned over to collections.  This is the additional amount that is added to...

the account (disputed).We have made several attempts to return [redacted]'s calls with voicemail picking up.  Our agency does not leave voicemail messages in [redacted].  We have the account marked as disputed.  The validation of account letter was sent to the consumer on 5/19/15 with her partial payment to the account.If we can answer further questions, please let us know.
