We have reviewed the consumer's call with our agent After additional review, we feel that the vocabulary of our agency caused the confusion and will honor the consumer's request

We have confirmed the account is accurate with our client, *** *** Medicaid was the only insurance on file for *** on this date of service and the policy was not effective on date of service 03/27/ We spoke with *** *** twice before the account was eligible to
be reported to the credit bureaus to make her aware of the issue but did not hear back This account has been marked as disputed but has been validated. We will be happy to work out a payment arrangement with the consumer if she would like to call our office. Please let us know if you have more questions or we can be of more assistance

We spoke to Ms*** on November 1, and November 11, from which she called in after receiving our letter Ms*** stated in she would resolve after she researched why her insurance company didn't pay in full If Ms*** can provide us her explanation of benefits showing
she is not responsible for this balance, we will be happy to review and correct the entries with the credit bureaus

We explained to the consumer this morning that Choice Recovery will gladly ask the credit bureaus to delete accounts placed in error He has admitted the consumer was aware of the account and felt there was a coding error We asked the insurance company to acknowledge the error but he is
unwilling to reach out Our client believes this account to be accurate and valid At this time, we are unaware of any errors on the account

the business in question has already failed to validate this request and they have since already deleted these accounts from the three major credit bureaus

You are correct, you have never talked to me because I have never been able to get anyone to answer when I callI stopped tryingCheck your phone records for ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### and a couple of times I used my AT&T calling card so that number could have shown up as any number as I am working in Iraq.Second, My wife was finally able to get back in touch with someone just over a week ago and they promised you would take the payment (as scheduled a month ago) but you still have not.Finally, My wife and I are not stupid, we have been calling your office (she has gotten through times) and I have not been able to get anyone to answer at allI even used the number listed on your website under the contact link

I personally spoke with Mr*** on May 8th and was very clear that the account would be updated in our system to paid in full and we did not request a removal with the credit bureaus.I have reviewed all incoming calls over minutes from 9:to 11:received on ###-###-#### and none are with Mror Mrs*** If you are able to provide me with a number from which you called in, I can search all incoming calls from that number (via caller id) If the Revdex.com feels as though we can research this matter any further, please advise.China M*** ***Choice Recovery

We apologize the credit bureau confused your information with your father's account We reached out to all three bureaus on Friday and believe the issue is fixed If you are still showing this as of Wednesday January 11th, please contact us directly to look into this issue again

A letter was sent to the consumer's home address on 8/16/ The client submitted an electronic file with the misspelled address and no phone number We cannot explain why they choose not to send a phone number with the file.We will attempt to validate the account with the client and
notify the credit bureaus of the address error

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI will wait until they have my account fully reviewed of the payments I have made to the *** centerI will wait for your reply from them

Choice Recovery does not delete accounts from the credit bureaus for payment We will update the balance as payment is made.As to the claim of using "illegal" on the call, we have reviewed the recorded phone conversation and nothing was said to the effect of deletions are "illegal."
Should the consumer have interest in resolving her balance with North Florida OBGYN Associates, we encourage her to contact us for payment arrangements

After reviewing the call recording from 10/27/(when the consumer called in to set up payments), we are unable to honor the consumer's request We are confident the consumer and our company had no discussion regarding credit reporting or the promise to request the credit bureaus to delete
once paid Choice Recovery has informed the credit bureaus that this account is paid in full.If the Revdex.com feels we can be of further assistance, please let us know

Validation of the *** *** *** *** *** accounts has been sent to Ms*** on May 24, 2016, June 13, 2016, and March 29, If Ms*** is looking for further detail, she will need to sign the medical release on any of the three letters and return it to Choice Recovery

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response because it is HIPPA law that nothing pertaining to medical records can be released to anyone or company without written concent so therefore it is impossible for their claim that I owe anyone is correctThis company never responded to my request to validate the debt or send the contract that I signed with them to payThey are illegally reporting to the credit bureaus of a debt I owe them that per law must be validated within days of noticeThis collection company is not operating with integrity or within the lawThe only resolution is my initial resolution for they are illegally reporting a debt that has not been verified and has not produced a contract where I agreed to pay them such debt
