I have bought from ' no more rack' - now known as 'Choxi' for years. I have not received my last 3 orders ( one from June, two in July, one in August ).... I have written to them 5 times- and asked them what is going on?... So far, haven't received a satisfactory response!....
They respond just with- they'll refund my money, no explanation as to why the orders havent been shipped
I'm going to get my money back. It sounds like they aren't paying their vendors

I use to order from nomorerack all the time with no problems. Since they changed to Choxi, it has gone down hill. Poor customer service, poor products and if you do get your order, it might take a year to get it. They are so unorganized now that I will never order from them again. As of right now, they never sent me my products and when I called them, she cancelled the order. The refund is 80 dollars and three months later, I still don't have it?.. When I call, they say that it should be on there soon....not!!
Do not order from this company and spread the word that they are just a rip you off company now.

YOU are so un-professiona For months my order not delivered, no courtesy communication from choxi or their vendor. YOU SUCK

Horrible online business. Placed an order in June 2016, waited three weeks and called customer service. I was told Choxi was not the distributor and to wait a while longer. A month went by and I again called to say order had never shipped. Order was cancelled and I was told the money would be credited to my account. Ordered a different item, a month later this order never shipped. I called and demanded my money back. I will never use this company again.

Choxi is dead. App will show no products. [redacted] page is gone. They just up and closed with no notice while taking orders tll the last minute. If you have not received your order file a charge-back with your bank and/or credit card explaining what happened. If you try to look up the domain owner you will not see anything except they purchased domain privacy so no way to contact them unless I am sure a class action lawsuit is filed.

I while back a bought a necklace from Choxi. I like the necklace and have received a few compliments when I where it. However they are very very deceptive when it comes to the retail price. You think you are getting a great deal, but like the saying goes "If it is too good to be true, it probably is. The necklace was advertised having a retail value of about $800. I realized when I bought it that was probably a huge exaggeration. It cost me maybe $35. I finally got around to taking it to a jeweler to have it appraised. He said is was a shoddy and cheap piece of junk. So just a warning - beware, especially when it comes to jewelry. They are very deceptive and are sometimes outright liars!

 I never, not once received one thing to return the tablet .. it would be trackable through UPS also they do delivery confirmation! This is beyond ridiculous at this point .. I hope noone else has to be put through this. I simply want the stuff to return it and, they never even sent it to me, if I received it .. it would be confirmed through the UPS or mail .. so, show me my signature! also, why not just resend the envelope if it was lost in the mail? they are [redacted]!!!

Horrible! I will NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this company again! I took a chance on ordering from them in the past and mostly had positive experiences, however this last time I ordered will be the last time EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $50 worth of products to qualify for one of the promotional codes they had at the time (spend $50, save $25). Upon putting in the code, it showed that the code was applied, however at the time they billed my debit card for the full amount. Upon contacting the company they accused me of not using the correct code. How would I be able to use the code without you sending me the email with the code attached? On top of being billed full price for the items, they were NEVER RECEIVED. I have attempted to contact the company at least 4 times now, only to never recieve ANY RESPONSE from the company. I didn't want to believe the Revdex.com reviews when it was [redacted], but now I see. This place is a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

I just had it with this now choxi !! I ordered 2 king size paws off bed covers chocolate color they only sent 1 and it was wrong size and wrong color! I contacted customer service and told them and they want me to take to post office and pay for the mistake to be shipped back to them and then when they recieve it the will credit my refund money back to my choxi account and ship me the correct size and color and try to locate the missing one I paid for and ordered!!! all I wanted was for them to email me prepaid postage to ship it back and i'll give it to my mail carrier to send back and they can send me what I actually ordered and paid for!!! the order before that I ordered 2 sets of coconut oil and they only sent me 1 set I paid for 2 sets!!!! still waiting for the 2nd set to come!!! I told them by phone that if you cant email a prepaid postal return to send back the one I received in wrong color and wrong size then for the missing one refund my bank account and i'll keep the wrong size and color and that they have just lost a customer!!!!!!! these are not their first mistakes on my orders but they are surely the last they will make because I am done with them!!!!!!!!! I should'nt have to bend over backwards for them to correct their mistake!!!! why would they expect you to take the wrong item back to post officce to ship back to them and pay for the shipping in hopes of getting refunded back what you had to pay to get it back to them!!!! shame shame shame on you choxi for running a half [redacted] bussiness!!!!!! and you will not stay long with those antics you pull!!!!

Despite the company's policy, this product (a set of bedsheets) was defective. The defect didn't become obvious until the sheets were washed once, which was after their stated two week return window. Given that these sheets were defective, their return policy is unreasonable. Their offer of $10.00 on a future purchase is unacceptable because we have no intention of shopping with this vendor again.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I ordered a 3 piece Tiffany quilt set. The Choxi description was wrong and I was sent a 2 piece set. They said the original price was $130 but they were selling it for $39, wow what a deal right? Wrong!!! There is no way its worth $10 Its the cheapest, scratchiest, thin piece of garbage I have ever seen. Nowhere on the label did I see Tiffany and I do not understand how they can sell these knock-offs as the real things. Oh it also has a very strong headache inducing chemical smell and you would not want this quilt anywhere near you. After a 30 min phone call I finally talked to a supervisor that was trying to make ME pay for the return shipping label. He finally emailed me the label but I still have to take time out of my day and take it the post office and it will still be over a month for them to refund me. I feel swindled and robbed and frustrated that a "business" like this is selling low quality junk and misleading people. Do not use Choxi and they are selling cheap knock off junk.

I ordered a set of metal bowls. They were laminated with different colors.
The large bowl delaminated upon first washing. Now another bowl is delaminating upon second washing.
I contacted Choxie for an exchange they wanted me to pay to return, with the original packing. Who keeps the original packing? What good does the original packing do anyway. They can't resell defective parts.
