via emailand she reset the password on your old account and issued a $10 credit to that account.  I also see both of the credits have already been used, I hope you enjoy the necklace you ordered.  I have manually removed both of your emails from our mailing list.  Should you receive any additional emails please forward them to [redacted] with Attention [redacted] as the subject and I will have our tech team investigate the matter further.  If there is anything else I can assist you with, please just let me know.Regards,[redacted]

This [redacted] person is claiming that there is no spending limit on utilizing the credit, but when I tried to use it the first and second time (and this is what started this whole process) it wouldn't let me and I was told at the time of check out that I needed to spend $30 in order to use the credit. I just went to my account again to see if in fact they were going to let me use my credit based on her response, now my credit is no longer there!!!! So now they have taken my money!!!

 "[redacted]", if you were actually following my order you would know the return was processed on 1/*/15 and Nomorerack.com has stated I will be fully refunded. I have yet to see my refund. While I was given a shipping label for the return, I still had to pay shipping expenses for the packaging because the pet bed that was sent to me originally in a paper thin plastic bag. I was told by a Nomorerack.com representative from [redacted] I would receive a refund to my [redacted] account for the expense. That was 12/**/14. I have not received a refund. Because of the holiday I understand it may take a few extra business days to process the return of funds to my bank and [redacted]. I will give it until Friday 1/*/14. If I do not have the refund in my bank account I will file a charge back.

I have ordered 2 different orders in March and April. They took my money right away. Their site states to wait 10-14 days for processing. At this time, they are over a month for 1 and 24 days for the other. They keep telling me there is a cancel button, but there isn't. When I email them to cancel, they give me the story of it's cancelled and wait 5-7 days for the refund. The 1st one, I should have received $29.00 and only received back $2.97! They just keep telling me it's refunded. I am ready to see if the bank can assist me in getting this back and note them as a fraudulant company. Never had problems with NoMoreRack...just when turned to Choxi.

Nomorerack sounds like a fraudulent company. I never ordered from here but I was so excited to start. I made an account December 2014. Days later...no even a week of having the account it deactivated. I was instructed to email customer service. But when I emailed them I was instructed to email something else. I changed my password. Then tried to order. Still my account is deactivated. At this point I'm frustrated. So I left it alone. Now a month later I decided to try again. Once again I was given the run around through email. I decided to call. Unfortunately with my issue I can only deal with customer service online. Shortly after I received another email stating in order for my account to be reviewed I have to scan my ID along with proof of address to verify my credit card information. Now tell me WHY THE [redacted] DO I NEED TO SEND MY PRECIOUS INFORMATION TO VERIFY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO ORDER???? Then they had the nerve to tell me that they deactivate accounts when they suspect fraudulent acts. NOMORERACK IS FRAUDULENT!!! After today I do not trust them. I don't recommend ANYONE to use this site. I am highly disappointed.

reported not receiving the initial email so it was sent to you via email as an attachment.  I have attached a screen shot showing the email you received and replied to which contained the shipping label.  That being said, I see one of our supervisors made an exception and processed a full refund to your original form of payment for this item though we were unable to confirm that the item was delivered.  For any future returns, I ask that you please ship the item with tracking in case there are any problems with the shipment.  If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know.Regards,[redacted]

You order from this company, but never receive your items, then they want to give you store credits as a refund, I can't believe the Revdex.com IS LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS, it's time to shut them down, in this day and age, it's highway robbery. Come on Revdex.com do something about this.

Will NEVER do business with them again. I ordered some items at one time. First was one dress...they sent 2 - neither of which were the one I ordered. I ordered two jogging suits. Weeks later, after numerous emails, they said they didn't have them and it would take 4-6 weeks to see refund. And I am still waiting for sunglasses. My guess, they tell me those never came either.
When they were No More Rack, I ordered all the time, always got my order correctly and promptly. Choxi, never again!
