Did not fulfill 4 out of 5 previous orders. Too bad I ordered near the same time period or I would not have placed second order upon not receiving first. Keep getting credit after credit with nothing actually shipped to me.

7 items total for 2 different orders. Received 1 item. After many weeks of emails and chats with CS, was finally told that other items were not available to be delivered. Demanded refund for the remaining items. That took a week to get. I am soooo done with Choxi.

TERRIBLE. I've used them a few times in the past before and they had good prices but lengthy shipping times. My past order was placed over a month ago. They told me "10-14" working days. It's been over 22 working days and still no sign of my order shipping. I contacted them after working day 14, they told me "we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is being shipped directly to you. We will contact you as soon as we have any updates." A week went by and nothing, so I contacted them again after working day 19 and guess what, they gave me the same EXACT response. I waited another week and on working day number 23 (mind you this has been over a month actually not counting "working days"), they told me the same thing. HORRIBLE service. Then as I ask for a initially ask for a refund and say that I would like my money back, they CREDIT me my money to their site. WHY ON EARTH would I want to buy something from them again?? I specifically said that I wanted my money back. Then they tell me they will offer me an 10% of my total bill as credits or I can just have my money returned. WELL, I initially asked for my money back not a credit so what do you think? Needless to say I will NEVER buy from this online site again. [redacted] will be my only means of internet shopping for misc. items.

No more rack, now says, that I have to pay for shipping, and that I need to pay the vendor for the shipping, so when I asked for the name of the vendor, they wouldn't tell me the name of the vendor, and they said they could not pass out the info for their vendors, but they still want me to pay 10.00 for shipping via my credit card, to some company I am not allowed to know the name of.

As you can see from the screen shot in the previous message an RMA was already processed on December [redacted] 2013 for the return of your item.  I've very sorry if you didn't receive it via email but I have attached a copy here for your usage.  Once your return has been received a full refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.

 it is false. Nomorerack.com never sent me anything after I complained to them at all and, I do have the emails to prove that. I am in shock that such a company would lie esp. knowing I have emails from them telling me it was up to me to mail everything on my own. this is the exact reason I came to Revdex.com in the first place!

I ordered sheets that took over a month to be delivered and then discovered there was dirty finger prints all over them inside the packaging. Their customer service representatives barely spoke English and didn't offer anything but a $5 credit for a future purchase. Also they explained that the return policy would further inconvenience me and they could only get me new sheets after waiting another month. They were rude and the complete opposite of customer service.

This website is absolutely horrible with customer service / shipping.
Ordered an item on 3/**/2015 and the site stated that I would get an email notification within 2-3 weeks of shipping date. On 4/**/2015 I had to contact them to see what the status was and they gave me a run around repeating that I would get an email when the item shipped and that it should go out that week. By 4/**/2015 I still had not heard from them so( I meaning I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM , instead of them contacting me) And got the same runaround.
Today, 5/*/2015 I recieve an email from them stating that they would not be able to ship the item due to an issue (did not inform me of what the issue was) and they would refund me + 25% of cost as store credit. I demanded a refund on to my method of payment which they said would take over a week to process and not compensate me for lost time as the item I needed was for business use.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and I would never treat a customer so poorly, or have such a lack of communication.
If the product isn't going to ship in a specified time... at least contact the customer in advance to alert them.

can assure you that we take any claim of an item being counterfeit very seriously.  I see that our customer service representatives had asked for any proof that the item was in fact counterfeit.  A letter from Beats would be the best option.  If that is not possible could you please take a picture of the box of the item showing the serial number so that I may check it on their web site also?  Once I am able to confirm this item is counterfeit I will be more than happy to find a suitable resolution to this issue.

Like so many others I see here I too have had the worst experience ever with this company. I placed an order on June **, 2016 for two items. After four weeks I contacted customer service to find out where my order was. From their scripted answer this is what I was told: "[redacted]
10 weeks later I still don't have the merchandise and they stopped answering my requests for information until I threatened to get the Revdex.com involved.
I was offered the chance to continue my wait or cancel my order. I opted to cancel my order but specifically requested a REFUND, NOT a store credit.
Today I received an email from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled and that a STORE CREDIT had be added to my account!!!
Seriously! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked in retail!!!
Never! Ever! Ever order from this company. It should be forced to close.
