Review: I ordered a sterling silver ring from Nomorerack in November to give to my mother for Christmas. I received it on November **, 2013 and wrapped it, readying it to give to my mom. On Christmas, she put it on her finger and within a couple of days, it was BLACK! There's no way it's sterling silver. I wrote Nomorerack, including the order number and description of the problem, offering to send pictures. Of course, I got a very generic response, which asked for the order number. I responded, sending the order number again, waited a week, and got no response. I called today and they said they couldn't find my order from my name, and tried to get me off the phone, but I blurted out my order number and miraculously, they found it. After this, they kept repeating their 30-day return policy to me, ignoring the fact that they had falsely advertised this product as sterling silver. I offered multiple times to send them photos and expressed my willingness to accept a partial refund rather than a full one, but they refused and said they would only offer a full refund if any, but only if I returned the item within 30 days of the day I received it (which is now impossible), or I could take it to be examined and documented as a fake and fax them this documentation, which I do not have the patience or time for, and I do not think it is right to expect me to prove they falsely advertised their product (when they know they did it!).Desired Settlement: I just want part of the money I spent on this cheap product back. I spent $22 (not including shipping) and would like $15 of that back. I think paying $7 for a fake ring is reasonable; I've paid less for one.

Review: I ordered a showerhead from nomorerack as a Christmas gift. I received it on Dec. [redacted] but didnt give it to my daughter until Christmas. When she installed it she found that it had a serious leak, too severe to even be used. I contacted nomorerack immediately and they did not even try to be helpful. They just kept saying that I had to contact them within 7 days. I understand their policy, but they should be more lenient during the holidays since they know most people dont give the gift until Christmas. I think I am more upset about their lack of caring then the fact that we are stuck with a non usable showerhead. Anyway, I feel that they should take responsibility for selling a defective item.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. If they want the showerhead returned, I would like a postage paid return label also.

Review: I ordered 3 tablets on November [redacted]. I received the same tracking number for all three right away. On December [redacted] I received a package containing only 2 of the 3 tablets. I have spend the last 2 days trying to get answers as to where the 3rd item is. I have been ignored all together. When I threatened to report them to Revdex.com, I received an e-mail stating "Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. Our orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. With the start of the holiday shopping season, we had a tremendous increase in volume which has caused a slight delay in your order shipping. All orders made before the 9th and those marked as guaranteed delivery by Christmas have now been shipped and you should have received your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number or this does not address your concern please reply to this email." I did not receive a tracking number, and all attempts to reply to the e-mail have been ignoredtDesired Settlement: I would like a straight answer as to where my package is. I would like my package before Christmas like I was guaranteed at the time of purchase.
