The return label would have been sent to [redacted]'s email address since it is the email on file for this account.  I'm sorry if she did not receive it.  I have went ahead a attached a copy here also.  When the item is returned, please be sure to include the RMA number ([redacted]) and the order number ([redacted]) on the outside of the package.  Once the return is received we will be more than happy to process a full refund for the item in question.

P.S.  If I may just make a statement.  The only reasons that my problem was solved is because I notified my credit card company of NOMORERACK's outrageous business practices and they suspended the payment to them.  The fact that I notified The Revdex.com was the only other reason that they finally lived up to their promise they made to me back on April [redacted] that they would issue me a full credit to my credit card. 
I want to thank you so much for acting so quickly to my complaint.  You do a great service to the consumer and I am so appreciateive and greatful.

I ordered two items about four months ago but only received one, I finally asked for a refund with no response. They stated that my issue had been resolved on the last email, and now I can't even get on line to pull up their site or contact them in any manner. That is just so dishonest.

I have ordered several items from choxi and the majority of my items were never delivered. I had to reach out after a month on several occasions to have my money refunded to me. Also I ordered a blue tooth speaker and did receive that item but can't even use it because it's extremely fuzzy when it plays. Complete waste of money!!

On December [redacted] I placed an order for Christmas Presents for my son. The money was removed from my bank account that same day. On the [redacted] of December I contacted Choxi to let them know I was concerned about shipment as I had yet to receive an email of my order being shipped. Received this reply:

So I emailed them again, and included this new bit of important information, my order has shipped so why is [redacted] saying the tracking number I was given by CHOXI doesn't exist?
I also once again quoted their policy of " Rest assured, we guarantee that or­ders placed by December ** will be deliv­ered by Thursday, December **, or we’ll ­refund your money."

Over a month ago I ordered multiple items for a total of $51 and change. I was charged that amount but never received the items. I have also tried contacting the customer service team through email, and got no reply even after several days. I also tried calling the customer service line more than once, and was directed to an answering machine due to their offices being closed.

Yes, this is a total scam. Do not bother to even look at their web site. You make think you are saving a few dollars but in the end you get nothing and lose every red cent you spend. It is a proxy service to nowhere, they can't even give you seller information. The computer generated response is a riot if seeking help.
Just don't bother wasting your time, however is was fun asking the computer stupid questions and waiting for the scripted reply that didn't address the original question.

Choxi.com doesn't have any customer service whatsoever. I received an email with "free shipping for the next 3 hours" offer. I used it immediately and the webpage kept promising that the Free Shipping would be applied after you submit. I submitted and shipping charge was applied to my credit card.
Then I try to call their customer service, emailed them more than 5 times, filled out their online form, tried all possible ways, but they don't respond on any channel. Icing on the cake is that I didn't receive my product as well. So I presume that these guys are fraudsters and their business is a fake one. I am planning to dispute the charge with the help of my bank and get back my money. I advise customers to please be wary of this company.
