As you have noted, the only way a phone number
can be deleted from our database is by...

interviewers do not have access to that database. This method is used to
protect the privacy and the accuracy of the data that we gather.  [redacted] is an [redacted] accredited research company and because of that, we adhere to strict guidelines and procedures that are audited both internally and by the [redacted].
 
We try so hard to reach a
household because their answers represent thousands of others in their area who
will not have a chance to voice their opinions. Once a household is selected

They were calling two or three times a day, early in the morning and into the evening, including Sundays. Surely they can manage to say "we are sorry, and will look into our marketing/calling procedures and see that other people are not called more than once a day, and only during normal business hours. This is in regards to previous mailings separate from the radio diary survey. The radio diary survey will give me $10 per household member after completion of the radio diary on October [redacted].The two mailings/info forms I filled out were in July and August 2016 respectively. The first one promised $5 upon completion and $10 for the other. I mailed those in within one week of receiving them, but have yet to receive $5 or 10 yet.
