I had to email the letter back to them. They stated my credit was decreased based on my FICO score which they lied about, originally they said my Equifax score. They then said I had delinquent accounts. They asked me to confirm how much my rent/mortgage was and my yearly income. That's why I don't have a copy of the letter.

We responded to the customer on March **, 2015.  The customer should allow 7-10 days to receive our written response.  Should the customer have additional questions or concerns, they can direct those to the address listed in our response.[redacted]

I have spoken only once with a representative who gave me the same runaround I received before. Immediately following that conversation, I sent an email with evidence supporting my claim, which the representative knew to expect. I have received no further contact from Citi since then, and this matter is not resolved.

I have not heard directly from Citi in the past two months, at least. The only communication was via phone conversations in which I received the same scripted run-around from at least two different representatives. Those calls in no way resolved my complaint against them.

The issue has not been resolved.  I spoke to the executives there and explained my issue in grave detail.  As a result of this $4,200 "added" interest, I was DENIED for a loan to pay my actual balance of $5,100.  Home Depot/Citi is reporting $9,500 on my credit report.  My limit is a whopping $9,300 so this amount even exceeds this.  This huge misunderstanding has already caused me problems. My credit is good and I OFTEN get credit card pre-approvals.  I did not get any warning.  As mentioned, the A/C technician set up this account when he offered me financing.  All I want is to be charged interest on my remaining balance.  Nothig more, nothing less. Citi knows better because I have credit cards through them and they NEVER charged me double interest on deferred promos.  This sounds unethical.  My payment went from $50 to $300 minimum.  That amount is impossible.  I am in a struggling economy.  I was affected by the government's decision to stop unemployment.  I was laid off.  This account is going to ruin me and my otherwise great credit.  Please help.

 The company has sent me their response. Their responseis still subjective data and not an accurate response to my re-openedinvestigation case I asked of them. They are still stating that the perpetratormentioned using the card fraudulently was given permission to use my card and Igained credit with the merchandise that was purchased. They stated they provedthis based off signatures used with that particular card. The only 2 signaturesthat were mine only one copy provided then the rest legibly shows they weresigned by J. M[redacted] and then just [redacted]. My signature is very legible withit being signed as "B. M[redacted]" I will still fight this and feel itcompletely inaccurate investigation and not substantive evidence to rule theway they have stated. Very inappropriate and inaccurate.
