complaint has NOT been resolved because:  This company, Citibank, has not contacted me and when I contact them they automatically transfer me to another business. Please see notes below on a second letter I will mail out in the morning in response to their response. Thank you.
This letter is in response to a message I received from the RevDex.com (Revdex.com). Revdex.com has informed me that you will not speak with them
regarding my complaint because you do not have a release on file. I, [redacted], am hereby authorizing you, Citibank, to speak ONLY with and to ONLY
exchange information with the Revdex.com about my case. My signature below authorizes
this release of information.

 Also, your response to Revdex.com stated that you would speak with
me. However, I have not received a call from you. Whenever I attempt to contact
you, your system and representatives I speak to automatically transfer me to
the collection company, Global Credit & Collection Corp.. Global Credit
& Collection Corp representative [redacted] is verbally abusive and
apparently no one else will speak with me since he is assigned representative
for my case. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he refused my request. My
rights have been violated according to Fair Debt Credit Act section 806, 807,
and 808 by that company. According to my rights, I only wish to speak with them
through writing due to abusive threats by representative Thabosiziba and providing
me with incorrect information and contacting others who do not have anything to
do with my debt. Again, multiple rights have been violated by this company. As
stated previously, I should not have been sent to them in the first place. Please
review my initial letter and please contact me to arrange a hardship program so
that I may begin to repay my debt owed to you. Thank you.

Once again, we need to reject Citicards since they have not made an attempt to resolve this issue.We have proven to them that we returned all goods that were purchased to the only Adore outlet that would take our call or respond to us. Citi has said that our return somehow didn't count because we didn't return the items to the proper location - although their customer service department never attempted to contact us or return our call.At this point, Citi is unwilling to stand by their customer protection guarantee because they erroneously rejected our claim; and they are unable to receive compensation from Adore.Citi and Adore, at this point, are both unethical companies who attempt to wear down their customers until they give up.Very sad.

The original lien release was mailed on or around 02/**/2009.We have enclosed a new lien release that can be presented to the motor vehicle department for removing the lien .

 I am not in agreement with Citi Bank [redacted] I feel they can do better than what their saying since no one took the time to inform me of their Promotions I would never agree to pay any thing without first knowing my options I was not given that and its No misunderstanding your company did not give me that option before hand.

We responded to the customer on January **, 2015.  If the customer would like to share this information they can provide a copy of our response to the Revdex.com.

somewhat satisfactory to me and the matter was going to be resolved by speaking directly with the agents and, specifically, the rude [redacted].  I do still feel that Citi should have also sent me a check or gift cards in the amount of $250.00 to gain my future business especially with the hassles I went through that caused much unwarranted anxiety and stress.  I was told from [redacted], the lady that contacted me, that she'd have no problems with a $250.00 credit but my account was closed.  I had informed her that I closed it after not hearing back from anyone after filing this complaint.  I still feel that they can show their apologetic behavior by the $250 check or gift cards.  Only GOD knows if they waited until I closed my credit card to finally make contact with me and find an excuse to not give me the $250.00.  Citi can afford it.

 I did contact your client 2 times in the past. They said it's a matter of public information. I feel you should not have put on my credit report due to the fact that this $75 copay was never properly billed. When I researched this it was sent to my prior address and I didn't receive it. Since this is a copay that has been paid, please remove this item at once. Thank You.

my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I have previously attempted to resolve the issue directly with the business but to no avail. They have failed repeatedly to respond to my requests for written statements of my account and reported me as late to a credit bureau for failing to pay bills I never received. The reason I turned to the Revdex.com is that Citi has failed to respond to my requests directly or adequately.

The issues are still not resolved I'm still getting numerous phone calls and collection letters and negative reports on my credit I have not received a response and still don't see anything
