We need the signed contract paperwork from *** *** to proceed as Monterey Finanacial also did not receiced itAgain as we said numerous time, send the email cancellation within days of sign of contract at that time and ** should know our intention but but they were sitting on it for past years which means they are doing fraudulent scam practice and SNS shows so numerous complaints on their scam and ready to do the class action all together
We also send the letter they sent to you and us to our lawyer and waiting for his response now

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This is very simple to understandMonterey called me saying I owed X amount, then said no actually sorry, you owe X amountI asked how many payments I had made, and they gave me two different (and incorrect) answers, so I asked for some sort of paperwork before making a payment to them via phone, just like anyone wouldThey refused to provide any proof of this, and though they said I could go online to their site and view it, there were no specifics or details on each payment we were discussingOf course there was a contract from Achieve Today, but did this contract have any specific details on what payments were made to Monterey each month, or what payments received what charges? Of course it didn't.As stated in my initial complaint, I would have had no problem paying the necessary balanceHowever, Monterey Financial (much like they have done with many others) couldn't tell me when my last payment was made (without switching their answers multiple times) and also couldn't provide me with any actual details indicating that my payments were being recorded, or even that the charges they spoke of were validThough I did go on the website they suggested, there were no specific transaction details on the payments we were discussingUntil dealing with Monterey, I had great credit and always made payments on timeThis is because the other companies I have dealt with provided me with actual details, print outs, mailings, of the charges, and also discussed the details on how they accruedWithout paying them to mail me statements, Monterey left me with nothing to go off of other than their wordSince the initial person I spoke with didn't seem to have a clue of how many payments I had made or even when my contract started, I didn't feel comfortable sending a payment to them without paperwork, and judging by the hundreds of complaints against Monterey which can easily be viewed online, many others seem to feel the same way as I doThough they had tried to deny this via their response, it is very obvious this company is not only disliked by many people, but also very rude on the phoneI have never complained to the Revdex.com before, and like I said, before dealing with Monterey Financial, my credit was great, proving them to be the common denominator here.Whether we come to an agreement here, or I have to go about things differently, I refuse to pay them the full amountMonterey's antics could not be anymore obvious than they are, and though they may state things differently when writing online, I know what happened and I know that if they did things correctly, we wouldn't have this problemDo I think all of the other individuals who reviewed Monterey online made up the fact that they were harassed via phone? NoDo I think that all of the other individuals made up the fact that Monterey mis-charged them and then changed the amount that was owed after being questioned via phone? NoDo I think that all of the other individuals made up the fact that Monterey refused to provide them with proof or paperwork on these charges? No

purchase of a dog on 5-30-(lease Number ***, attached)This lease was assigned to Monterey Financial Services, LLC on 5-31-to service the remaining payments on the leaseThe first scheduled payment of $was scheduled to draft on 6-25-per the ACH Authorization AgreementOn 6-23-17, Ms*** visited the Monterey website and authorized a payment in the amount of $despite the fact she was already set up on an automatic payment draftThus, she had back to back payments coming out of her accountOne of these payments was rejected and incurred a $NSF fee as a result. outlines, the interest rate on this contract is 29.9%, and the contract

has made all payments as scheduledThis contract was assigned to Monterey Financial
Services, LLC per the “Notice of Intent to Assign” contained in the contractTo
date, she has made of the contractual payments & paid $10,
(interest & principle) towards the contract (not $13,as she claims) as can be seen in the attached transaction history of her account

20% off of the contractual balance (not 25%), so long as the buyout was
executed by September 18, Ms*** did not take advantage of this

coming due on September 20, If she wishes to pay off the account at this
