The first supply had no "zero" ways to contact the company or said anything about a trial offer or ways to cancel. It was the product only The second order I received had a card with a phone number on it but no websiteThe only website was to register for the Diet Playbook and that site does not have anything on it to cancel your orders I have tried numerous times to call the telephone number both on my credit card statement and the info in with the supply and it was "ALWAYS" a fast busy signal. When I did a search for Revdex.com and found that the company had many complaints against them and it was all true as it was the same things that happened to me, that is where I found the website I could get on to cancel orders. I feel they have been very misleading in their product and advertisements and there was NO information that I could find repeatedly on how to cancel other than the phone numbers which I could never get through on. The three numbers I have tried repeatedly and did so again just to make sure as I am writing this are 1-855-986-2646, 1-855-627-& 1-800-846-and ALL were still a busy signalI am not sure if they only work in certain states or what but I cannot get through on these numbers. I agree I ordered the first order, but it did not say anywhere that it was a trial offer or that I needed to cancel within days. I know I specifically looked through all the material as I have had this happen before. It makes me upset that a company can sell something and then just decide they will keep sending items and keep charging my credit card for things I did not ask for
