Greetings,I am in receipt of a rejected complaint from Ms [redacted] ID [redacted] and offer the following in rebuttal.Ms [redacted] did order a trial of Bioderm Eye Renew and Age Defy on 1/26/16 and agreed to the terms and conditions at check out. See http://africanmangoxt.com/Garcinia-Cambogia-XT_cda102/ .Ms [redacted] did not contact us to cancel within the trial as stipulated in the terms and conditions and was billed for the month supply she received. When she called , we offered her discounts to continue which she declined.  As stated in the first response, the products were at her post office for 9 days before she retrieved them. It is unfortunate Ms [redacted] feels misled but all of the information was provided to her on the website as well as in emails.We strive to be customer centric and adhere to customer satisfaction.  We hope this response resolves any issue and if Ms. [redacted] would like to contact us for further resolution, we are open 24 hours M-F and 6-6 Sat, Sun at [redacted]Best Regards,[redacted]Optimal Health Tell us why here...

trial on 6/27/15. I assume her complaint is related to the $4.95 shipping charge, along with the after trial charges of $78.94 for the Garcinia Cambogia XT and $59.52 for the Natural Cleanse Plus.Ms [redacted] received two bottles of Garcinia XT and one bottle of Natural Cleanse.  She was subsequently billed for one bottle of each (per the terms and conditions agreed upon), refunded 75% and kept the second bottle of Garcinia XT free of charge.For your information, Ms. [redacted] entered the trial program for Garcinia Cambogia XT at our website here: http://www.buygcxt.com  & for Natural Cleanse Plus here: http://www.NaturalCleansePlus.com In both cases the programs are clearly detailed as a Trial program with a summary of the terms and conditions provided on the check-out pages  (https://www.buygcxt.com/payment.php & http://naturalcleanseplus.com/payment.php), and full details provided in the Terms & Conditions. Ms [redacted] then called again on 7/21/15 to verify her account was cancelled and refunded; she did not ask for any refunds at that time.For your Convenience I have included a copy of all charges that we have for her. The dates and times charges took place as well as order ids that go along with each charge and the account notations.  Ms [redacted]’s account has been cancelled with us since 7/12/15. Despite the fact that she appears to have missed all of the on-site verbiage detailing the program, we still provided her with a number of ways to contact us &/or to remove herself from the program as follows:The website that she signed up on has an Easy Cancel button on the top right corner and through the site that would allow her to cancel her membership prior to rebilling, without needing to speak to anyone.All of the email correspondence that she received from us includes instructions on how she could have contacted us by telephone or email to get more details or to cancel. We provide a 7 day a week Customer Support Line at [redacted] and we strive to answer and callers within 2 minutes or less.It’s very unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] feels that she was misled as that was not ourintention. for the Garcinia XT trial on 7/09/2015. I assume her complaint
is related to the charges of $4.95 and $78.94. Ms [redacted] received a full 60 day supply of the Garcinia XT when she signed up for
the trial. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial, she
was billed for the first bottle of Garcinia XT ($78.94) on 7/24/15. She
was then billed for the second bottle of Garcinia XT on 8/23/15.  She never contacted our company and was
entered into the monthly auto ship program.According to USPS tracking
numbers [redacted] the products were forwarded to her current
residence. Ms [redacted] also acknowledges receiving the first two bottles at
her prior address.Ms [redacted] contacted customer care on 12/7/15 where the
connection was poor and we attempted to call back. She then called back
and was offered refunds for resolution then accepted a refund for the past
three products for a total of $236.00. The additional refund she is
requesting is for products she acknowledged she received and according to
USPS records she also received the products we refunded her.All calls are recorded and time stamped and the record of

[redacted] did sign up for the Slimfit Garcinia XT/Natural Cleanse trial on 1/13/17. I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.90, $99.90, $59.52, $23.81 and $39.96 (USD). Ms [redacted] received a full 60 day supply of the Garcinia XT and a 60 day supply of Natural Cleanse when she signed up for the trial. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial, she was billed for the first shipment of Garcinia XT ($99.90) and Natural Cleanse ($59.52) on 2/16/17. A second shipment was sent and billed on 3/27/17 at a discounted price. She was then enrolled in the auto ship program per the terms and conditions agreed upon.Ms [redacted] did not attempt to cancel or resolve her account prior to her complaint.
