I have spoken to our accounting office, and they have no record of the check for 02/ever clearing our bankPlease provide to us from Wells Fargo proof of both checks clearing so that we may investigate further into this matterThank you in advance for your help to close this matter

Just as I figured, Clay Cooley Mitsubishi would try and say, that there was an accounting error on my part, instead of admitting, they made a mistake because Clay Cooley Mitsubishi, does not want to refund the moneyAttached is the ledger with ALL the $transactions on the account and the March bank statement, to follow up on the fact that the $from check #has not been refunded.2/transaction - 1/down payment - debit card2/transaction - 2nd 1/down payment - check #1042/transaction - provisional credit from WF for first 1/down payment2/transaction - received check from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi for refund of first 1/down payment3/transaction - provisional credit removed from WF since first 1/down payment was received from Clay Cooley MitsubishiI need for Clay Cooley Mitsubishi to stay focused on check #and stop trying to avoid giving a refund, when a refund is due

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] were very helpful in resolving the matter [redacted] ***

I have already attached the statement for March on the last message but here it is again

I told the service department people every time I was in their shop that I had a GPS stolen Nobody cared, since there is a notice stating that they are not responsible hanging in their service department As for the replacement batteries "in good faith", BALONEY! The batteries were both dead and under warranty Clay Cooley Auto Company does nothing in good faith I saw the bill they sent to Mitsubishi for their good faith jesture They cannot get their stories straight and I am here to tell them what liars and dishonest people they are. They are bad people.*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:Attached is the statements my accounting office received regarding the down payments for the deal in questionMy accounting office has noted these statements circling two debits for $one on 02/02/a card purchase, and another on 02/08/for check #While there are two debits, my accounting office has noted that there are also two credits for exactly $eachThe first is credited on 02/09/and is a provisional card refund credit for which there is no cancelation or debit afterThe second is an online transfer from Clay Cooley business dated 02/16/2016.When you total all four transactions they leave you with a balance of zero ($0.00) in regards to the business dealings between Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Arlington and MrsCarterPerhaps this was an accounting error on MrsCarter's part, but her own bank statements reflect that there is no money owed to her by this organization

To Whom It May Concern: We have reached out to Mrs*** about the issues she experienced during the purchase of her new vehicleWe have made arrangements to get the customer their second set of keys and her owner's paperwork and documents as wellWe discussed the remote start with Mrs***
during the sales process and before taking final delivery of the vehicle and explained to her that the addition of remote start had to be wired into the vehicle using aftermarket parts and because of this could possibly void the manufacturers warrantyMrs*** relayed to us that she wishes this was made clear to her earlier in the process of her purchaseWe have instructed our staff and provided them with coaching about this matter. We appreciate Mrs*** business and regret being to provide anything but the utmost in customer experience and the best buying experience.Respectfully:*** ***Clay Cooley Mitsubishi

I don't understand the business's answer, they don't know what I am asking for--how about the money owed to me and a little honesty in respondingFor two weeks I have been told the "check" has been signed and in the mailLast response from them was "the check is in my hand and will be sent overnight to your address with tracking information" Did not receive the check or any tracking informationThey act like they can't afford to pay what is owed to meThis has gone on with the statements and lies for over months--just ridiculous how they treat customers after the sale Regards,*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:We here at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi have reached out to Mrand Mrs***We have explained to them that we are required to provide Mitsubishi Motors North America with documentation regarding the regularly scheduled maintenance on the vehicle in question in order to honor
any engine warranty claimWe are still awaiting legal documentation from Mrand Mrs*** to proceed in presenting this information with Mitsubishi Corporate regarding the engine problem in questionWithout this documentation Mitsubishi Motors North America corporate representative came out himselfMr. *** *** of Mitsubishi inspected the engine personally and the following was foundThere was oil sludge buildup on the cam cover gasket and head that was diagnosed as a lack of proper maintenance by the ownerAt the time of this inspection the customer was unable to produce any receipts or regularly scheduled maintenance for Mitsubishi motors corporateTherefore the claim was deniedThis sludge and build up is the reason for the burning of oil and the vehicle continuing to lose oil not due to a leak but because of internal mechanical failure due to the sludge and build upOnce again we are awaiting MrMrs*** to provide us with the necessary documentation to re-present to Mitsubishi Motors corporate an additional claim for warranty repairsUnfortunately at the time of purchase MrMrs*** declined any additional warranties or coverages on the vehicle that would go above and beyond what manufacture warranty is willing to coverSo the manufacturer warranty is the only coverage available on the vehicle in question. Please contact me with any questions or concerns directly at ###-###-####. Respectfully: *** ***Finance DirectorClay Cooley Mitsubishi

1) The customer service is terribleThey answer the phone and send you to someone that does not pick up or if you leave a message will not return your callsI spoke with a manager (I assume) because he would not give me his name, who told me he would call me back within the hour, that was weeks agoI was never told eight weeks, but was told 30/daysI do not feel it is my problem that the business had some changes, I think the customer should come first and this issue should have be resolved more professionallyRegards,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11535334, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. We were able to provide proof of the oil changes performed on our Mitsubishi from September to the present, as well as two oil changes performed at the Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Service Department in 2014. It is our belief that Clay Cooley is responsible for the repair of our vehicle because they did not repair the engine when they saw the issue in December 2015. We find it difficult to understand how a Service Manager could hand a car back to my husband and tell him they were unable to determine the issue and to continue driving the car and change the oil in 3,milesThere was no resolution at that time and we believe had Clay Cooley addressed the problem at that time we would not be in the position we are in now.The resolution we are asking for is that Clay Cooley would address this issue by responding in an ethical business manner and repair the engine, at no cost to us
