Ethical Electric continues to misrepresent and over-charge unsuspecting clients after monthsI believe that if they disclose their regular rates which they will charge after months, or if they notify clients that their rates are increasing by 80+ percent, they will not get any businessI believe that they know that fact and do not disclose in order to fool clients into highly inflated ratesThousands are victims and Ethical Electric is making millions off of the scam.

will issue the customer a goodwill credit for all bills issued at a variable
rate. A supervisor with Ethical Electric spoke with *** *** on
February 18, and informed her of the credit. We believe the customer
is satisfied with this resolution

first of all, The Ethical electric was not intend to make a satisfactory move to the complaintThe compamy representative had offered a small amount of money to compensate me as a friendly offer but not admit its wrong doingThe representative claimed the offer is "half of the bill amount it had billed me"The actual amount they offered was less than a quarter of bill Amount and the representative refused to offer me how they culculated the amountI am attaching a spread sheet so you can clearly see why I filed the complaint and how the ethical electric, Incripped off their customersI also did not receive any further call from Ethical Electric for finakl settlemantThey had lied in their message to Revdex.com

I switched electric service from met Ed to ethical electric back in November, They promised me that my electric rates would be discounted for the first month and would vary with the industry standard afterwardHowever, the rates rose significantly more than the industry standard They increased my rate from $in November of to $on March 1per kilowatt hour.I feel betrayed and mislead and out of a lot of cash for the months that my rates were increased so substantially (in December, in January and the beginning of March, and at the end of MarchI have since gone back to paying with energy plus as of April so I know this is the industry standard and ethical electric was charging me a rate significantly higher than the industry standardThat being said, my bigger concern is that after I switched electric services away from ethical electric, they started calling me about times per day at all hours of the business day Monday through FridayI finally answered one of their calls, told them how frequently I had been receiving calls and asked them to stop calling and to put me on such a listi have continued to receive about calls per day and it has become harassing and disruptive to my dayI finally picked up again and harshly told the woman from ethical to stop calling meShe said that this was the first time she called meObviously, whatever distribution retention service they use does not comminicate with one another as this woman had no idea I had made a request and no idea at the number of times I was receiving phone callsThis needs to to stopIf it continues, I will get a lawyer, show them my phone with all of the data of incoming phone calls and seek council

On April 1, 2015, a supervisor with Ethical Electric reached out to the customer by way of email to notify *** *** of the credit. We believe the customer is satisfied with this resolution

Mr*** feels that he is due a full refund for all bills issued by Ethical Electric as he was not the authorizing party that enrolled his account for services with Ethical ElectricWith respect to the enrollment of Mr*** electric account, Ethical Electric is in compliance with the rules and regulations required for the enrollment of an account in the State of Pennsylvania. As part of the third party verification process required for a telephone enrollment, Mrs*** confirmed that she was authorized to make decisions on the account and agreed to change her electric supply service to Ethical ElectricAs a result of the sales call, the customer's account was enrolled for services with Ethical Electric effective February 14, Terms and conditions were sent to the customer on January 17, notifying Mr*** of the agreement made over the phone. The Terms and Conditions were mailed to the service address where Mr*** is currently receiving his utility bills. Additionally, Mr*** would have been notified by his Utility that a request to change suppliers was made for his account. Mr*** received eleven (11) bills which indicated that Ethical Electric was his current supplierAs a result of Mr*** complaint with the Revdex.com, Ethical Electric offered the customer a goodwill credit in the amount of $This credit would effectively adjust all bills invoiced at a rate which was above the Utility's rate at the time of issuance, to a rate which is halfway back to the Utility's rate for the service periods in question. However the customer did not find this resolution to be satisfactory. We apologize that Mr*** was not satisfied with his experience with our company. Ethical Electric believes it has made reasonable efforts to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome to Mr*** complaint and our offer of a goodwill credit of $will remain available at any time should Mr*** choose to accept it

Upon receipt of the customer's complaint, a supervisor researched Mr. ***'s accountIt has been determined that his account was enrolled as a result of a completed sales call that occurred on January 16, with Ms***Mr*** has been receiving electric supply service with Ethical Electric since February 14, and was billed accordinglyAs per the customer's request, Mr*** account with Ethical Electric was canceled effective December 31, As of current Ethical Electric has made numerous attempts to contact the customer to discuss their concerns, however at this time we have not been able to reach the ***We will continue to work with the customer to bring this matter to a close
