I know I owe ace cash express so I verified all my information becasue was scared I was going to go to jail because she kept saying I was going. Review: Received phone call on 3/30/15 in regards to a payday loan that has been pay for for over a year. I informed the agent and advised them that I would require them to provide me futher info about this company so I could send them a copy of the PIF letter. At this time the agent offered to email me the info or fax it I informed the agent that the fair credit act requires them to send the info via mail in writting. At which time they ended the call I have another complaint in with a different company and this company has the same exact address as the one that called me today but a different name. I KNOW THIS IS SOME KIND OF SCAM.Desired Settlement: Proof of debt in writing. As well as no more threating phone calls of legal action. As well as the Revdex.com doing something about the fraudlant company.

The following conununication is in regards to [redacted]. After an inquiry into this matter it has been decided that we would close this account inour office. The consumer will receive no further communications from our office. This complaint has already been addressed with the CFPB. The first associate involved has been put through a retraining course and passed the appropriate tests to allow her to go back to the collection floor. Because she was a relatively new hire and we were still trying to break her of her old collection ways, we made the decision to go this route and give her another chance.

The second associate involved has been terminated. Please extend my apologies tbr any and all inconveniences that the consumer may have encountered

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Clear Credit Solutions contacted me about a debt I owed and I agreed to pay them to get the cleared up. They sent me a letter with the payment plan and the amount owed and who was going to administer my payments. All payments were deducted and paid on time which satisfied the balance owed. I never received a letter of release from them stating it was paid in full and was released of any future actions against me. Just recently I received another letter from another creditor for the same amount that Clear Credit Solutions billed me for. I have called several times and they keep telling me they will email me and mail me the letter of release that I'm paid up.Desired Settlement: For Clear Credit Solutions to send me the letter of release so that I can get the other creditors of my back. They should be responsible for this new creditor since they sold the debt to another creditor once it was all paid for and taken care of. All I want is my letter of release. I've been dealing with these people for over three weeks and all I get is that they will email me the letter right away.

Review: They have called several times claiming I owe money and threatening legal action. They ask if my social security number matches a number that they give over the phone. I say it doesn't and they hang up. I don't want them calling me again. I called them back and they refuse to take my calls. In addition to the aggravation of their calls their reps are rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: A confirmation that they will not call me again.

Review: This company has been attempting to contact myself, as well as my family, to collect some unknown debt that I believe to be fraudulent. Upon returning their calls, I have been directed to the legal department where they have demanded that I either pay the debt over the phone or legal action will be taken. They claimed that I would be subpoenad by a court Marshall between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm today, but no such action has occurred. The first time that I had contacted the company directly they knew all of my personal information without even asking my name - I'm assuming they used my phone number to retrieve it - but when I called them today to confront them about their lack of documentation they claimed to have no idea who I was or why I was calling. This company as a whole is very obviously a scam. The phone number at which I contacted them is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel that legal action should be taken against this company. Judging from the countless other reviews whose stories are nearly identical to mine on the Revdex.com website, this company is obviously running a scam on innocent people.

Review: I started receiving calls from Clear Credit Solutions on 11/10/2014. A threatening voice mail was left on my cell phone. This message was left by a woman who did not state her name and who spoke very quickly in a threatening voice indicating they had received charges against me listing my name and social security number and that legal proceedings would begin if I did not contact them immediately. I called that night and left a message letting them know that I was unaware of any debt that could possibly be contacting them, and I would like to receive more information regarding the nature of the charges. On 11/11/2014 I received a voice mail from the same individual stating the same information, almost as if it were a recording. Again I called and left a message, this time letting them know that I would be unable to answer any calls between 8 am and 4:30 pm because my employer does not allow me to take my cell phone in the building. the next morning I received a call at 7:00 am from an Attorney Network. I did not get to the phone quick enough because I was getting ready for work, the message left was similar to the other messages but from a man this time. I called right back and reached this man. He began with the script that was used in the messages and I requested additional information. He indicated that I signed a contract with a company (that I have NEVER have done any business with) and that I breached that contract over a year ago. He began listing my personal information, my bank information, and asking personal financial questions. Then he indicated that the amount has accrued interest and the amount I owe is now over $2000. I indicated that it was my belief that this was a fraudulent account. He proceeded to indicate the company charges between 200 and 300% and the interest accrues quickly at that rate. I further indicated that I have never dealt with that company and I think the account if fraudulent. He placed me on hold and when he came back he indicated to me that he had talked to an arbitrator, stating the fact that I thought the account was fraudulent. The arbitrator told him that he would settle the account for just over $200 if I agreed to it within the next 24 hours, that is a drastic reduction to get someone to fall for a quick "payoff". I asked to have that offer in writing. He said he would email it to me right away (he had already indicated that he had my email). I left at 7:30 to go to work, when I got home at 5:00 I checked my email and there was not any email. This got me thinking further that this was some kind of scam! I called the number he had given me and left a message indicating that I would not be able to reach the 24 hour time frame because he did not send me the written information I requested. He called me this morning at 7:45 - I did not answer because I was driving to work - he indicated that he had sent it but would send it again. When I got home tonight I looked and found an email from the Settlement Director at Clear Credit Solutions, LLC. This email indicated that I would have to pay the full amount of just over $200 on or before 11/21. This email did not disclose any additional information about the alleged debt - other than another website for the 'mother company' of the debtor they called me about. I refuse to pay for something I did not get/do...whatever this case might be...Desired Settlement: I continue to maintain this is NOT a debt of mine and would like to have them close the account - or at least provide me with a copy of the alleged contract that I allegedly signed and breached!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Clear Credit Solutions left a voicemail message regarding a claim but it was not clear what type of claim. I called 8[redacted] the person who answered did not give his name; he said that their company is working with attorneys and that the attorney that they working with is getting ready to file a lawsuit. I did not realize that this company is a collection agency. Is this legal, when they do not exactly tell people they are calling that they are a collection agency?

Is this a common business practice by this company?Desired Settlement: Stop calling [redacted] I would like a supervisor to call me -- I have provided to Revdex.com with my contact information --and explain to me why one of their employees lied, and provided me with an incorrect and fraudulent information.

Review: An agent from this company contacted me at least 10 times per day for over a week, regarding a debt through a payday loan company. The agent threatened me each time I answered the call, saying that if I didn't pay the debt owed, they would send someone to serve me with court papers at my office... the agent actually told me that it would be very hard for me to keep my job once my employer saw me being served for financial fraud. I contacted the payday loan company, they told me they gave my account to a collections agency, but would not tell me the name of the agency, and would only state that Clear Credit Solutions is a company they do work with. Like a fool, I paid the $503.43 to Clear Credit Solutions.. only to find-out today that this is a fraud. Clear Credit Solutions will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the $503.43 be refunded.

Review: I have been receiving calls from Clear Credit for a long time now. I get calls from various numbers, the last was [redacted] If I answer, I will get told to hold on by a robot, and then someone casually answers the phone and gives me no information in regards to my supposed debt. The only thing the human says is that I will go to jail if I don't pay, never tells me what debt there is, no information. I got a voicemail today with the same threatening message. They've even called my home. I am handicapped and have anxiety issues and a disorder that worsens with stress called hidratenitis suppurativa. I want this harrassment to stop. I'm not giving the last four of my social, nor do I want to go to jail for supposed litigations against me. please help!Desired Settlement: I want them to tell me what the debt is, and if there is a debt, because of their unscrupulous collection practices, I want written proof that the debt/debts are forgiven and no longer exist. I also want an apology written.

Response:

I received a call threating me that I owe a loan of $1350 if I don't pay they will see me in court I am so concerned because they have all my personal information. I will have to put an alert on my credit report. Because I feel they are trying to steal persons information to extort money out of people.

Review: This company called my place of employment and left a detailed and threatening message on my voicemail. Not only did the message contain personal information, the automated message stated that a claim has come in their office under my name and social security name and that there are serious allegations against me. The message claimed this was the "pre-legal" department of Clear Credit Services and that I was being warned that failing to repsond to their message could result in legal action being filed against me. At no time did they announce themselves as a debt collector, nor did the call come in with any identification. It was only after I researched them did I find that they are in fact a debt collector. I do not appreciate the fact that they called and left this type of derogatory message at my work. Nor do I appreciate the use of scare tactics by the tone of their message and the implication of "serious allegations" and threatening legal action being filed. I have not received any written communication from this company or documentation on any "debt". Their behavior has violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I work for a large law firm and I spoke with an attorney on this issue and if they continue to harass me I will have no choice but to take the next step that is available to me.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop contacting me at work and above all adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. These harrassing and threatening messages are not acceptable and I expect them to stop immediately.

Review: I have received numerous (30+) phone calls from this agency for an individual named, [redacted], regarding some sort of legal/credit dispute.

Sometimes it is a person, sometimes it is automated.

At first when I requested I be taken off the call list as this is a business cell phone they are contacting I was hung up on.

Eventually I got a, "manager", on the line who assured me I would be taken off the call list. I am still receiving calls on a nearly daily basis.

I received an automated call today and when I caslled back the representitive was argumentative and said my number was not on the list so there is no way I could have received the call.

I indicated that I called back the number and it ddirected me to their agency.

I told her I would contact our lawyer on retainer to pursue them for harrasment if it continued.

She quickly replied, "call your lawyer then", and hung up.

This has become a nuisance and is not only costing me lost time at work but also it is genuinely making me very frustrated.Desired Settlement: I do not know how to stop these calls after several attempts to politely request to be removed fron the call list.

If they simply checked the phone records for this number they would see it is a business issued cell phone not owned by the individual they are voraciously attempting to reach.

Review: On 11/13/2014 this company called my place of business saying that I owed a debt and they needed to collect. They said that I would need to go to court. The message came from a "[redacted]". I called back but no answer so I had my attorney call and leave a message. Her message clearly stated that the only forms of communication were to be made by mail. Any other forms such as phone calls to my work would be considered harassment. On 11/17/14 "[redacted]" called my home phone, once again harassing me. I said that I want a letter showing me copies that showed that I indeed took out this loan, verification of any judgement, show me you license to collect in my state of Idaho and provide the license. I was then transferred to another man and he said "I'm not going to waste time sending you anything in the mail.....there's no way it wasn't you who took this loan out.....I know for a fact it was you...." Again, I asked for proof of my debt. He refused to give me an address. He said I will send it in an email. However, the email I received only said that I owed Ace Express $6 53.88 and I could settle for $457. There was no copy of original papers I supposedly signed and there was no copies of their license. This not a validation of debt that the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act mandates that they provide.

I then went to the Idaho Department of Finance and checked to see if they have a license to collect in Idaho and they in fact do NOT have a license to collect in Idaho. Under the Idaho Collection Agency Act (ICAA), the following activities cannot be conducted in Idaho without obtaining a collection agency permit: Soliciting or advertising for the right to collect or receive payment for another of any account or bill,

Per the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b); I have a right to have them validate the debt and provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them, they have yet to do this.

So this is a company with no license to collect in the State of Idaho who continues to harass and try to use intimidation as a factor to get me to pay a debt that they have yet to validate. I have been encouraged to seek legal counsel and I will do so.Desired Settlement: Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b) states I have the right to have this company validate this debt.

Provide their Idaho collection license.

Review: I was contacted about a debt I owe. They first called my former place of employment and left a message on the work voicemail. It said I was needing to fill out a tax form because I failed to report income from a payday loan. They said I was going to be audeted. I called the number back. They said they were calling with the IRS. They stated I failed to report income from my payday loan I received 2 years ago and that I was going to be audited. They also said they were an attorneys office. Then they started asking why I never repayed the debt. Then they said I was scheduled to have papers served at my house or place of enployment if I didn't make a payment today. I said I was unable to afford a payment today and that I was already paying on several other debts. She said the debt was origonally 575 but with legal fees I would be forced to pay it would be thousands of dollars. I said I cannot pay anything today but I would be happy to pay on it in 2 months when I finish paying the other items. She laughed and said I should start saving money and have my day in court.Desired Settlement: I want to settle on the debt I owe and want them to stop contacting me and my work.

Review: This company, Clear Credit Solutions, calls several times per week. I finally called back after receiving a message stating that "serious actions are being taken against me". I called to find out what was going on. I spoke to a Mr. Victor White who threatened to have me served if I did not resolve this matter. We spoke for several minutes, in which, we did not have an outcome. I ended the conversation by hanging up to prevent me getting angry. Several times throughout the conversation I was threatened with lawsuits and court. I know in the state of Texas this is illegal. If I receive one more call from this "company", I will file further actions myself.Desired Settlement: This to stop and any contact or further actions to stop!

Review: Their representative made contact with me and did not originally say the name of the company nor did they inform me that they were just trying to collect a debt. Instead they misrepresented themselves as an arbitrator acting in compliance with federal laws along with Texas state laws and I was in breach of contract and had committed check fraud. Their threats were in clear violation of FDCPA and their "practice of law" in the State of Texas is a clear violation of the State Bar of Texas. They had also contacted family members and when I asked about it they denied having done so...even though the number I had gotten was from a message left with my Mother in Law. I have looked and noticed that this company has had similar complaints of this nature, and though they claim that they had resolved them by training or terminating employees...they have not.Desired Settlement: They need to contact their client and inform them that they are not qualified to legally collect a debt on their behalf.

Response:

This is in regards to complaint number [redacted] This account has been closed in our office and the consumer will receive no further communications from our office. Each of our collectors go through a training course in FDCPA and basic collection etiquette prior to entering the collection floor. After they complete the courses, it is up to the managers and compliance department to monitor the collectors. Occasionally, someone will step out of line such as this associate did, usually out of desperation. This associate was brought in along with the Floor Supervisor and was given a written warning. They were both made aware of what took place and why it was wrong.

Please express my sincere apologies for any inconveniences that may have occurred .

Review: I Was contacted by this company because they are a debt collector and were looking to collect a debt from me. They Stated that I took out a payday loan On May 2013 and that the company they are representing tried to retrieve the money from my bank accouant and it didn't go through. This company asked me would I like to settle this in Court or Settle it through them. I asked them who was the loan through and how much? They stated that I already knew what the loan was for, and that I am responsible for the loan. I explained to them that I would not pay anything out to them until I was completly sure that this loan in fact was mine. The representative by the name of [redacted] stated that she didn't have time to argue with me or explain about the loan and where it came from, all she had to do was let me know that I had a loan and if I wanted to handle this in court, or through their financial services. I explained to her again that I needed some type of proof that this was my loan. She then hung the phone up. Fifteen Minutes later she calls back asking me " [redacted] are you ready to talk like civilized adults now", I told her their was nothing else for me and her to discuss and I hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I would first like them to stop contacting me and Harrasing me. Second I would like to know if this company is real, if not I would like to see them shut down. How they retrieved my information I don' t know but I would like for them to stop harrassing people.

denies that it is his loan. It is our policy to answer all questions .fi.•om consunlers so along with giving the consumer the dates of the loan, the associate states that the origin and the amount of

Review: I started receiving collection calls from this company from a rep named [redacted], this first time she contact me around 6 am mountain standard time. I returned the call and advised Ms. [redacted] she called me very early she apologized and stated she thought I was in Texas, thenupdated her records and read to me my address. Before calling me if she would of updated her records she would of seen based of information I did not live in that time zone. She also contacted a family member. I asked her not to do in future as she was talking to me. She has called multiple times in one day within a 10 minute period. She has now twice more contacted me before 8am as I have requested her not too and she knows I live In Mountain time zone. She states legally because my cell phone is a texas area code she can. I politely asked her not too. I beleive this violate my rights I have requested her not too. She explained to me the debt which I believe has been cleared she states she will seen me a validity of debt by email I requested that it be sent by mail and she refused. I then asked for the address so I could send a certified letter requesting validity of debt since first contact has been made her response was what address you want, where I go to work everyday, the office or what and continue to state she will send by email which I do not get once she sends but she states was not returned. And states time has run out and I need to take care of it now or she going to report direct refusal, which I have not refused just sketchy of this company and practices. When speaking to [redacted] she never states this call may be recorded nor this is a collection agency attempting to collect a debt. She has refused to provide an address , call me at reasonable hours. When calling her and leaving voicemail it states attorney network, when she leaves messages she states she from legal outsourcing however after further review she is calling from Clear Credit Solutions, LLC. I am not sure of the legality of the names and why she identifies differently but, I want calls to stop as she is not providing me reasonable information and believe this may be again the FDPCA.The harrassing phone needs to stopDesired Settlement: Please stop calling me as information requesting is not been given. Identify as the true company, Stop calling family member and Do not contact me further
