Review: I received an extremely threatening message from "Clear Credit Solutions." The message indicated it was from a "chief" with the "pre-legal" department and proceeded to tell me that I was getting charges filed against me and informed me that I would need two forms of ID when I entered court. Upon researching this company, I found they're a third party debt collector! This message was clearly in violation of FCDPA. They never advised they were a debt collector and the language used was very hostile. I was honestly afraid, at first, that I was facing some kind of criminal charges. I called the company back the next day and spoke to a representative that told me they weren't a debt collector; they were in the "claims" department and wanted to know if I'd spoken with someone regarding the lawsuit being brought against me. I demanded a manager and verified my name. She provided me with the original creditor and then provided the last four of my social and asked me to verify. I declined and asked to be verified by another means. She informed me that if I wouldn't verify this information then there was no need in her talking to me; she then terminated the call. I called back multiple times and was either immediately hung up on or transferred to a voice-mail. I finally called back and got the same manager; I told her I was providing a verbal cease and requested for her to quit calling my cell phone, as this would be a violation of TCPA. She informed me they had "job to do" and until I rectified my debt, they would continue to call. After this, the woman then hung up on me again. I was appalled. I called back approximately 20 minutes later hoping to get some answers (because no one I spoke with would give me any!) I was transferred to Greg Miller who provided me with the names of the persons with whom I spoke previously. He was immediately very defensive and rude. He told me that I was not to call their office anymore because it was “harassment” and he was “putting me on notice. I asked him to confirm that they wouldn’t be calling ME anymore (since that’s what I had asked previously) and he hung up on me! I was never provided the MIni-Miranda, only during the last two calls was I told that the call was being recorded (and I better "watch what [ I ] say",) It appears they are representing themselves as paralegals or even attorneys. From my understanding, this is all a violation of FDCPA. Please help!Desired Settlement: Expunge whatever alleged debt they believe I owe. Please have them stop calling my cell phone. They leave very frightening and threatening messages. I can't believe this is legal.

Review: This company harrassed me Feb 2014 regarding a bill stating I would go to jail, I was afraid and paid them $208 they claim they would provide a statement paid in full and didnt. I have done research regarding this company to find they are fraud. So they have my money and it wasnt for a legit bill.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money

Review: Messages have been left on my phone saying that I owe them money and I need to call them right away. When I called them and asked them to email or send me the documentation, they have refused to do so. The money they claim I owe, I had already settled with the business. Therefore, I am not sure why I am continuing to receive calls from Clear Credit Services!Desired Settlement: Would like for them to take my name off of their list. This was settled with previous business.

Review: I received a phone call at my job a couple of days ago from a Mr [redacted] stating that I owe a loan amount of $370 from a Triple Services LLC, but with attorney charges and court fees it would add up to a total of $1510. He said that I will be delivered a summons the next day if I did not agree to pay. He said I would also be thrown in jail. He had most of my information on hand and I was not sure that I owed this loan company any money so I said I would pay the money and gave them the rest of my information. The next day I received an email with a letter attached to it stating my charges. Everything I receive says Clear Credit Service, not Solutions. I began pondering all of this and began making phone calls. I contacted Leon County Clerk of Courts to see if there was a case on file for me stating the above. The gentleman I spoke to at the court said there was no such case and the case # I provided was not a valid case #. I then asked if he could search my name and see if there was a summons to be delivered to me, again he stated no and there was not history of one either. I quickly contacted my bank to have my debit card cancelled. With further searching online for this companies address, no such company was listed. There was nothing online stating anything about this company except it was a SCAM! I have also been in contact with a well respected attorney.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to stop contacting me and to apologize for what they put me through. I was terrified I would actually go to jail because I knew I did not have that kind of money.

Review: Clear credit keeps calling my home and cell number looking for different person.

I am receiving over 5 calls daily on both my home number and my cell number regarding an issue they have with a [redacted] I am not [redacted], and they have a wrong number, I have tried to have them correct this, but they do not even try and help and do not understand that they have the wrong number. I am harassed everyday at home and on my cell. I do not have any dealings with this company now or ever in my past. I have outstanding credit, and refuse to allow a company to harass me with calls of someone else's credit problems.Desired Settlement: I want both my home and cell number removed from their records immediately or I will be force to go further from this. My home number is [redacted]. If this is not resolved in the next 30 days, I will proceed with filing a law suit against this company.

Review: This company called my cell [hone leaving a voicemail stating that a com[plaint has been put against me and if I don't call right away and they would take further action. So when I called the number they provided no one ever answers directly. It ask that I leave my name and phone number and ssn#. So that they can call me back, they did not even leave a claim number or case number. This is a fraud trying to get my information.Desired Settlement: Please stop calling my phone
