I cannot locate an order for you and what you are describing does not sound like one of our products. Did you purchase a product from ClickBank? If you had, you would have a charge on your statement that says CLKbank*com and a receipt number. I would be happy to help you if I can get the receipt number.

I was able to locate the charges that went through ClickBank for $37, $69, $59 and $49 USD.  The orders were to the website http://www.thelostways.com , which is one  of our vendors.

Hello,Thank you for providing the website URL. I was able to go through the purchase process and the wording you are referring to is not ClickBank's wording. It is PayPal's. If you look at the URL at the top of the screen, you can see you are on PayPal's website, not ClickBank's. Also the wording is specifically regarding how PayPal uses your funds and that has nothing to do with ClickBank. I have provided a screenshot for your convenience. However, we do not manage or have access to any email lists that an affiliate may operate from, nor do we provide affiliates with any contact information for them to use in their promotions.Spamming is a violation of our client agreement and we appreciate that you are helping us to eliminate spam content. locate the charge that went through ClickBank for $20.57.  The order was to the website https://lookupvin.com/, which is one  of our vendors.  The vendor did provide them with a report that
I was able to pull up.  Since the
customer was not satisfied with the report presented; I have refunded the order
on today, 10/19/2015, so the customer’s complaint is now resolved.    We have now sent the customer a copy of
their refund confirmations to the email address provided at the time of order. The
refunds take three to five business days to process back to the card used at
the time of purchase.  Please see the

I still urge Revdex.com to do some test runs on their website and see if they are intentionally processing unauthorized charges on customers after they key in their credit card information. I feel I am not the only customer who has had this problem. Why was I forced to watch a 20 minute video after I punched in my credit card information? Why was I required to scroll through several screens that had links for options to add hundreds of dollars to a purchase? You think that would be something they would do BEFORE you key in your credit card to avoid problems like this. Please look into this website. That is the primary reason I wanted to bring this to your attention, aside from ensuring I got my full refund.

This is why we have that option,as some people do not recognize ClickBank, but the Vendor they bought theproduct from.  I was able to locate thecharge that went through ClickBank for $39 USD. The order was to the website http://my-tinnitus-solution.com/,which is one  of our vendors.  At this time I have the order refunded as of today,which had a 60 day refund guaruntee, so the customer’s complaint is nowresolved.    We have now sent thecustomer a copy of their refund confirmation to the email address provided atthe time of order. Thank you so much for clarifying!! I shave suddenly the past few weeks received over 100 spams daily and quite a few had clickbank links so I assumed this was the 3rd party marketing company doing this  I really appreciate your fast response and help
