Hi! If I'm not wrong I did contact you several months ago and you did not reply on my
ticket at all. It was just open until it closed itself. If this is not your fault what is
then? The ticket was sent in July and it was open until August when it closed itself due to

This is why we have that option,as some people do not recognize ClickBank, but the Vendor they bought theproduct from.  I was able tolocate the charge that went through ClickBank for $47 USD.  The order was to the website http://beirresistible.com/1/, which is one  of our vendors.  At this time I have the order refunded as of today,which had a 60 day refund guaruntee, so the customer’s complaint is nowresolved.    We have now sent thecustomer a copy of their refund confirmation to the email address provided atthe time of order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response received from Clickbank is not satisfactory. As demonstrated in the attached copy of 'myPaychecks.csv' the accounting does not clearly identify sales as opposed to balance carried over. It takes meticulous scrutiny to identify actual sales.This obfuscating accounting method fits very well in the accounting patterns used by Clickbank. Even a cursory check of 'ripoff' and 'scam' websites shows a plethora of consumer complaints and complaints from affiliates of a very similar nature.Finally, the 'only' sales is first entered on February 25, 2015. On April 22, 2015 a “manual flush” paid this open balance. Why does it take a manual account flush “as a one time courtesy when payment was due in late April under the stated payment rules?Timely payment according to contract rules is not a one time courtesy but a contractual obligation.We can do without condescending responses. I have been told so many different things and then advised I would be getting refunded and then was told once I got book I could return it for refund but I was requesting a refund 2 weeks after the money was taken out of my account and I couldnt return something I hadn't received yet. You advertise 60 day money back guarantee ( no small print, no questions) that is not true in fact just a FLAT LIE. thank you for responding and I will check with my back to confirm refund.
