We also sell some shippable products. ClickBank sells both
standard and recurring subscription products. It sounds like you may have been attempting
to purchase a subsciption product. Without a website URL I am unable to tell
what product you were attempting to purchase, due to this particular vendor
selling both types. ClickBank has this information on the order form to make
sure the customer is aware of the purchase agreement for a subscription
product. I apologize for the order form not taking your card but this is most
likely due to a decision made by your finanicial institution. I would suggest
contacting them to see why they denied the purchase. We cannot take the wording
off the orderform because it is in compliance with the Payment Processor we
use. You have the choice of whether or not you would like to make the purchase. Please see the following

ClickBank does not email anyone or promote these products in any way so we do not have a list to remove you from. We are very strict about our affiliates spamming people. Please send the spam you are receiving to [email protected] so we can trace the spam back to the affilaite and shut their account down.

-          Please provide the first and last name you entered on the order form.
-          What is the zip code for the credit or debit account charged?
-          Please verify the date the transaction appears on your records.
-          What is the amount of the charge?
-          Please provide the email address you entered on the order form. (If you have more than one email address, please provide any that may have been used.)
 
Did you use a Credit or Debit card?

tooffer such products for sale on our website. We also sell some shippable products.  I was able tolocate the charge that went through ClickBank for a total of $97.00 USD.  The order was to the website http://www.mi40x.com/cbmulti/cmj.php- which isone  of our vendors.  At this time I have refunded the order, whichhad a 60 day refund guaruntee, so the customer’s complaint is nowresolved.    We have now sent thecustomer a copy of their refund confirmations to the email address provided at thetime of order. Unfortunately, I cannot simply press a button to accept a payment. Everything is verified through our Fraud Management System as well as through the financial institution of the customer. is that you mentioned several times that the sales incurred are purchases that you have made yourself.
 
You stated the follow: “I have two account [redacted] and except for products I buy myself no sales commission ever shows on my account in 2 1/2 years.”
 
Here is where the problem lays. I have looked up all the sales within the two accounts for the last year and they have all been purchases that you have made for yourself.
 
While it is possible to use your own affiliate HopLink to purchase products from ClickBank, this is a practice that we discourage as it can lead to payment issues for your account.
 
Please be aware of the Customer Distribution Requirement,which states your account must reflect 5 sales, and the sales must have been made with at least two of these payment methods:
 
American Express
Carte Bleue
Diners Club
Discover
ELV (European Direct Debit)
JCB
Maestro
MasterCard
PayPal
Visa
 
This requirement is in place to help prevent affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate Program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own ClickBank purchases.
 
Moving forward please stop purchasing through your own HopLink, or you will continue to have the issue of not beign able to meet the CDR requirement. If you continue to purchase through your own HopLink, to get discount prices from the vendor. your account maybe subject to closure and your earnings may be forfeited.
 
The reason that you haven’t been paid out on the account “[redacted]” is because you have set your Payment Threshold to $1,000,000.  You need to lower your payment threshold below your current balance will be paid out.
 
The reason you have not received a payment on the account “[redacted]” is because you have not met the CDR requirement as mentioned before.  Right now you only have one sale on the account.
