I did receive a credit on 5/17/17 for one charge and shipment dated 5/10/17; however, the very next day after the credit appeared on my credit card account, they charged me again for another shipment I did not order or want! I am corresponding with a representative of the company and will do so until this gets taken care of. At least with your help, I have someone to work with there. Refunds are not what I'm asking for, I'm asking them to STOP charging me and sending product 2x per month which I have not ordered or approved. At this time, they can't seem to get that stopped, but said they are working on it. I do not want to close this complaint until this is resolved as this will go on forever until they figure it out.
