Dear Sirs, We write in response to [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint.  Coach does not offer its products for sale through [redacted]. Coach vigorously pursues counterfeiters and the shops, websites, vendors, and flea markets that sell counterfeit Coach merchandise. We work with local,...

state, and federal law enforcement as well as U.S and foreign customs officials to try to stop the sale of counterfeit goods at every point in the supply chain. We are sorry to hear that this happened to [redacted], however we are unable to assist with her transaction since it was not purchase from Coach.  We hope to welcome her to our stores in the future.

PayPal order details show the shipping address to the Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. [redacted] did contact Coach on 6/**/2016 and request a change of address to Oklahoma City, however the package delivered to the original shipping address at the Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on 6/**/2016. Coach made every effort to fulfill [redacted]’s request. We were unable to confirm the return delivery stated on 7/**/2016, by [redacted], and reship the order. Due to the time frame (over 30 days), Coach issued a refund back to [redacted] for the order total of $430.55.

original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange. Coach merchandise may be returned by mail or to a Coach store. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. It is our understanding that [redacted] purchased the Backpack # [redacted] at the [redacted] in New York on 6/**/2016. [redacted] asked to exchange his Backpack # [redacted] at the [redacted] Coach store due to scratches on the magnet closure. Coach Customer Care provided [redacted] our return policy and contacted his local China Coach store for additional assistance with his concerns. The China Coach store offered to assist [redacted] with a replacement, even though the backpack had scratches on the magnet closure. We understand [redacted] did not accept the replacement backpack and the China Coach store ordered another replacement backpack for [redacted].  Again, we are sorry to hear that [redacted] is unhappy with his Coach return. The China Coach store staff contacted [redacted] locally to resolve his concerns.

Dear Sirs, It is Coach’s policy to offer replacement or merchandise credit if the item(s) are defective and still under warranty. We found no defect with the merchandise and it was noted that bag was in used condition. In fact, in most instances, it would be impossible to repair the leather and stitching once it has been stretched from the seam.

covered on a complimentary basis.  Coach bags are crafted with superior quality and the finest materials, but as with all luxury bags, they are subject to wear and usage.  Coach provides complimentary leather care services to help extend the natural life of our bags, as well as ongoing repair services should the need arise. We have recently updated our repair policies in order to offer a broader range of repair services.  All of our repairs are done by our expert artisans in the Coach Repair Workshop – to the same exacting standards of craftsmanship as in the original construction. The repair fees are determined by the time and materials required to repair an item to these standards. We hope this explanation addresses [redacted] concerns and to welcome [redacted] into our stores again the future.

Coach is asking me to contact their 1-800 number. If they had bothered to read the complaint it clearly states I called customer service 5 different times. I was hung up on and lied to, I also sent Coach a [redacted] 2 [redacted] messages that to this day have never been answered. I also sent them email complaints and all I received from them was a generic email reply that someone would contact me. This has yet to happen. Coach did NOT contact the bank on 12/** has they claim. I was told on 12/** that no such request had been made. All of the billing information was correct, the errors are on Coachs website. This issue has also happened to a friend and a relative. My son was unable to complete his Christmas shopping due to Coachs screwup. The fact they are trying to place blame on someone else is unacceptable!

Revdex.com:It turned out that [redacted] delivered the package to the wrong house, and my neighbor just returned the package back to me yesterday =) I did send an email to Revdex.com to close this case =)Please consider selecting a better package courier, because [redacted] has been delivering packages to the wrong household a lot =( Thank you!

defects within this time frame, repairs are on us.   Our records indicate that straps were damaged.  Coach considers this kind of damage to be attributable to normal wear and tear and it is not covered by our warranty. In fact, in most instances, it would be impossible to repair this kind of damage.   [redacted] contacted Coach Customer Care on May [redacted], reporting that the straps were not damaged and requesting additional evaluation. Since we must consider these evaluations on a case-by-case basis, we provided [redacted] a return label to send her bag back to Coach for this new evaluation. A Coach Merchandise Credit will be issue if the bag is defective and still under warranty.   As a further accommodation to [redacted], as a long-standing customer, Coach refunded the $20.00 shipping fee for the repair return that [redacted] paid.     Again, we are sorry to hear that [redacted] is unhappy with her repair request.  Coach has offered to evaluate [redacted]’ bag and provide a return label. She may include a copy of this correspondence for her reference. We hope to welcome [redacted] into our stores again the future.
