Their tech/accounting support is timely, cordial, successfully answer all of my questions and requests.
Patient with my sometimes lack of technology.
The group connected through FB is the best support, collaborative group of people covering all aspects of photography- portraits, newborn, landscape, sports, products! They are all willing to share their individual skillsets, knowledge and technical skills...
ALL this for dollars out less a day!

I am honestly shocked by all of the negative claims I am reading!! When I did the $1 trial last year it was very clear to cancel before the trial period just like any other subscription trial or you are auto charged. I love not just the content but the interaction sounding board with other photographers. There is tons of valuable content. Perhaps some of the info you can get if you search around to many locations this way it's in one place. I upgraded my membership at Christmas but didnt realize my new monthly payment also came thru and it was refunded immediately. Coles Classroom is far from a scam

I've been with Coles Classroom for two years now and it is my GO TO for any question I have regarding photography, my business or just need reassurance in what I'm doing. They provide great customer service and are very helpful. If you need a "team" behind your photography business, Cole's Classroom is the place to be. Highly Recommend!

Cole?s classroom is a great resource for aspiring photographers, or anyone who just wants to learn new skills or brush up on their skills. They have a great library of classes for any level of photographer. Like most of the people below I signed up for the 10 day trial, but unlike them I read the fine print and was prepared to cancel on day 9, however I stuck around because I saw the value of what was being offered. I would definitely recommended Coles Classroom.

I made a huge mistake by purchasing their photography planner that was free with a $7.95 shipping charge. The same night that I received the planner in the mail, I was hit with a $50 charge for their ?membership.? I immediately contacted them to contest the charge and ask for a refund. Right away, I was told that I approved a ?$1 membership trial,? and that led to the membership charge. I have absolutely NO $1 charge from them, nor did I approve or sign up for a trial - I only purchased the planner. There was nothing mentioning a trial membership. I went into my ?membership? account they sent me information for which had the invoices and all of my charges. Again, no $1 charge. So I confirmed all that in an email with them They responded again stating they stand by their no refunds policy, and I authorized it. I responded once more to basically tell them that their business practices were shady and extremely unprofessional, that I would contest the charge with my bank and it?s evident they?re banking on people not fighting the charge. They finally said they spoke to ?cole? and he?s willing to break their refund policy just once. I haven?t gotten the refund yet, or any emails confirming the refund; I have a feeling I likely won't receive it all. I went to their Facebook page to look at comments to see if anyone else posted and had a similar experience. I saw someone say that "Cole's Classroom" is screening their comments and deleting anything that goes against them. They deleted my comment answering someone?s question about how they were concerned they wouldn't actually get a product...and they removed my comment and blocked me. That alone should tell you that this business is absolutely horrid. It is NOT okay to prey on people like this. Run an honest and fair business, and you will have no need to be sneaky.

It was an add on purchase for $0.01 on top of the 2020 Photographer Planner that you purchased. By default, this option is not marked with a check. To get this add on, you have to manually tick the check box. On that page, we indicate that after the trial period you will be auto-enrolled in the program if you do not cancel beforehand. The add on is also indicated on the invoice that we sent to you.
We also sent you both a confirmation email and invoice on 01/18/2020, which both state the terms of the trial in bold lettering. As stated: "As a reminder, you have a trial offer that gives you full access for 10 days from now until 12:01am 01/28/2020". At that point you will be automatically enrolled and billed unless you cancel before then and since you get access to over $1200 in training & courses there are no refunds given. It shows that you have opened these emails as well. I can see that you also received (and opened) an email on 01/26/2020 indicating your trial was about to expire. It says: This is a friendly reminder that your account will automatically renew after your trial ends. Your trial ends at 12:01am on 01/28/2019 and your first billing will occur on that date. Note, since you get full access with over $1200 in classes there are no refunds. You can cancel whenever and will have access until the end of your paid billing period.
I think it's fair to say that we always do our best to be very clear about the billing logistics with our month to month membership but we understand life can get hectic and things can be overlooked. But one thing is certain, we at Cole's Classroom never charge any of our customers manually or in any unauthorized manner. Any and all charges that occur are only from our customers initial purchase actions. It shows that your membership is cancelled and the charge was refunded. As it shows, the charge was also refunded.

I wished I had looked up this SCAM organization before I ordered from them. I ordered a Planner for $7.99. I was charged $8 on my card and I didn't think anything about it. Ten days later I was charged $49 for their membership. I immediately contacted them and said I wanted a refund. I was then told I had signed up for a "10 Day Trial" and then they apologized that I didn't realize my 10 days were up and said I could "enjoy" this month with all the added percs they were going to give me. No refund was going to be given. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM COLE'S CLASSROOM

I?m now understanding how they make their $. I signed up for a 3.00 newborn posing and was not only charged 2x but somehow I became enrolled in monthly 49.00 membership x2 as well!
I have disputed the charges with my bank as I have only logged in 1x and that was today to try to cancel which obviously wasn?t on there because I?m sure you have to jump through hoops to do so.
Can?t you see by the previous comments below that you are in fact SCAMMING people to make your money?!

Also, duplicate orders can happen if you accidentally click the submit order button more than once during the time of checkout. The charges for duplicate orders were all refunded.

Bought an $8 calendar, was charged the $8 and then $49 which was not authorized.
Be very careful if you opt to buy anything from them. There are no phone numbers to contact them to find out why you have unauthorized charges.
Oh and the $49 I don't authorize is non refundable....

What a scam - they suck you in with a $1 deal and then as soon as the $1 trial is over, they charge $49 without a possibility of a refund. What a rip off. The only way they can make money is to keep scamming new people that do not know better.

COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST. GOT SCAMMED FOR A $49 A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION AFTER A $3 PDF PURCHASE. Reading the the same issues here, they claim to offer a cancellation period, yet I never even received an email to do so. That's not how you run a business, preying on people off social media. Luckily for me I paid with *** for protection. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I asked the company via email to VERIFY my account was cancelled on the DAY the subscription Supposedly started ... I do not know ANY OTHER company That gives you ZERO GRACE PERIOD regardless of your financial situation. What a joke. I want my FULL REFUND!!!!!!

Agree with the others who have noted their reviews/complaints here. Not used the the site and now I see there is a $49 charge. Must be good business for the company to get people to pay $1 then start charging them $49 + ... smell like a scam, anyone? Pls do something to stop this.

I purchased a posing guide - 10 days later, I was charged $49 for a membership fee that was seemingly not clear when I purchased the guide. To my knowledge, I NEVER signed up for a membership. I attempted to try and cancel what I was told that I signed up for but don't even have a login user name or password! I feel completely scammed!

Please process a full refund in respect of the debit you illegally processed to my account in the amount of $77.18 on 3 December 2019 as I did not subscribe to any of your programs after I took the initial $1 special. Also please note that I have not watched any of the videos either as I did not as yet have the time so I actually wasted my money. Why on earth would I then be interested in a further program? This is a total scam I and demand a refund. I will be sure to tell all my connections and friends about your scam.

REFUND***

I have canceled my Scam Account to Cole's. I would like a full refund for a subscription I never ordered. I paid one dollar, watch a couple video's, that's it and where the buck stops (same as a ton of other victims).

Nothing Special about Cole's, this info is everywhere with a simple Google search.

I do not do business with anyone at 12:01AM on a Sunday night.

None of your services have been used toward a subscription. I have no intentions of ever doing business with you again. I have a very BIG mouth and you are an illegitimate, unethical company and a total scam and I'll take the time to tell the world if not refunded. Actually it is still pending on my account, so technically I haven't paid yet.

Some of the things are good, but most of the bad outweighs the good. I get NUMEROUS e-mails telling me about classes or them selling things. I agree with the criticism on other reviews, too. The "classes" and "training" are hardly helpful. The webinars are complete trash. Some of the things that are kind of useful are the planning guides, but you can find similar or better for WAY less than $50/month (yeah, it's $49, but what's the extra dollar?). The ONLY helpful "expert" that has been on the Facebook page (which GREATLY consists of their clients that give sub-par advice and critiques, mostly just griping and shi*-talking) is Kelly. She actually gives good advice and critiques, not just "fluff." They barraged us for a while, asking if anyone was interested in "phone photography" information or guides. Newsflash: WE DON'T ALL USE iPHONES!!! Overall, I wish I'd never fallen victim to Cole's Classroom.

SCAM!!!! I bought a $3 posing guide. A few days later, I see a $49 charge for a membership that I didn't authorize! Never logged into their website to use their services. Contacted them for a refund, but have not heard from them. MAJOR FACEBOOK SCAM! Reported to Facebook. STAY AWAY!
