I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Firstly, the business has the information wrong after I've spoken to two people in their office alreadyA bill was sent to my sister's address in Fairfield, CA for this company, Seventh AvenueThis bill had my name on it along with my sister's address (which makes no sense as my address is not noted anywhere as her address - possibly only within postal service system which is not my doing)My sister informed me that I have a bill that has come to her houseI obtained the bill and proceeded to contact Seventh Avenue to inform them that I have nothing to do with this bill, never knew who their company was, did not order anything, and that my name and information should NOT be in their systemThey then put me on hold to speak to Loss Prevention which never happened because their business closed not long after they placed me on holdI spoke with their company again the following morning and I informed the lady of the matter againShe proceeded to tell me I needed to fill out some paperwork she would mail to me, that she would flag the account, and that after I finished my part they could "figure out where the television was mailed," as if they had no idea at that point what the shipping address statedThe television WAS NEVER MAILED to my sisterONLY A BILL

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I still feel that this is bad business!!!!I now understand why there are so many bad reviews on PISSED CONSUMER. Regardless as to if the item cost 20$ or 200$ I ordered from this company and paid them for an item of poor quality simply because I was trying to reestablish my creditI will choose a reputable company to establish with and hopefully I won't be treated in this manner!

Seventh Avenue apologizes if its previious response was not clearMs***'s sister did not receive a billShe received a notice that an item would not be shipped to her address without payment in full prior to shipmentShe recieved this notice because Seventh Avenue suspected that the order for the TV was fraudulent and would not ship the order without verificatin that it was validThere is no indication in Seventh Avenue's previoius response that the TV was shipped to Ms***'s sister, or to anyone else

Seventh Avenue's records indicate Ms[redacted] placed two

before shipment

Ms[redacted] at any time, before or after the attempted paymentThere is no

regarding the failed payment attemptThe account was subsequently charged off

We received the correspondence from
the Revdex.com regarding your order # [redacted] placed 11/29/2014,
via internet. We sincerely apologize for not fulfilling your order to your
expectations. We regret your attempts to contact us by phone found the lines to be busy.
We do our...

best to assist each and every customer in the most efficient manner
possible.

Mr. [redacted] states that he agreed to pay $20 on his Ginny’s account and he wants his
monthly payment reduced to that amount.
What
Mr. [redacted] actually agreed to do was to repay his account according to the
terms of his credit agreement. That agreement included the chart below,...

which
was provided to Mr. [redacted] in the disclosures he received before he
opened the account.

Several
other statements made by Mr. [redacted] require clarification, beginning with the
fact that Mr. [redacted] has never paid the balance on his account in full, let
alone paid the balance in full each month. Further, Mr. [redacted] has frequently
failed to make the required payment on his account on or before the due date,
which has led to the assessment of late payment fees and to collection efforts
on his account.

The
scheduled payment amount is due on an account in accordance with the chart
above. Any account on which the payment is not received on or before the due
date is past due. Once an account is past due, the amount due on or before the
due date – the minimum payment due – will include the past due amount plus the
current month’s payment. For example, when Mr. [redacted] failed to make the scheduled
payment due on November 25, 2014, the minimum amount due on or before his
next due date was $70 – the $35 payment due on or before November 25, 2014,
plus the $35 due on or before December 25, 2014.

Ginny’s
does not call outside the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and it has never called Mr.
[redacted] more than three times in one week.

Ginny’s
has not spoken to Mr. [redacted] since 2011, so it is at a loss as to what his
efforts to “cooperate” might entail. Ginny’s only expectation is that Mr.
[redacted] pays the minimum amount due on his account each month on or before the
due date.

Finally,
Mr. [redacted]’s payment amount is based on the highest new balance on his account,
not his credit limit. While his limit may have increases periodically since he
opened the account, no one has forced him to use it. If Mr. [redacted] wished to
keep his payment at $20, all he had to do was keep his account balance from
exceeding $200.

Ginny's has received varied and contradictory accounts regarding this matter from Ms. [redacted] and her mother. In the interest of resolving this matter, Ginny's has elected to credit the account for the merchandise price, shipping and processing charges and all assessed finance charges.

The
scheduled payment amount, as indicated in the account agreement, is based on
the HIGHEST NEW BALANCE on the account. It is NOT based on the balance at the
end of each billing period. The scheduled payment remains at that amount until
the account is paid to a zero balance. Your highest new balance exceeded $600,
so your scheduled payment amount is $35 and will remain so until the balance on
the account is zero.

Each
monthly billing statement (and the account status screen online) indicates the
amount due on or before the next due date. If your scheduled payment is
$20, for example, and you miss a payment. The next billing statement will
reflect a minimum payment due of $40 – the amount that must be paid by the
next due date to bring the account current. Note that only $20 of that
amount is past due, and that the information is accurate as of the date the
statement was printed.

Again,
Ginny’s places calls from 8 a.m. to 9
p.m. Ginny’s is not aware of any limitations on calls after 8 p.m.

Ginny’s
has not attempted to contact you by phone since December 23. In response to
this complaint, your account has been coded to stop calls.

You
are, as always, free to make whatever payment you wish, but please note that paying
less than the minimum amount due each month will result in the assessment of a
late payment fee. In the interest of resolving this issue, however, Ginny’s has
credited your account to remove five (5) late payment fees. This adjustment
will appear on your next monthly billing statement.

Montgomery Ward offers its apologies for the delays in shipping Ms. [redacted] order. Ms. Houston canceled her order on April 6, 2015 and her refund check will be mailed to her attention this week.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
Regards,
[redacted]
First off, these were two seperate orders.  And if that were truly the case where you credited the other account, then I am not sure why the amount did not show when you sent the bill.  In fact, there was no deduction on the one bill.  It was still the $217.00 as being the balance.  I will never order from this site again, and had I not filed this complain, I am sure it would not get resolved.

Ashro's Loss Prevention Department has initiated an investigation of Ms. [redacted] allegation. As part of that investigation, an identity theft affidavit was mailed to her attention on 9/23. It would assist the investigation significantly if Ms. [redacted] would complete and return the...

affidavit, with particular attention given to her previous addresses from June of 2011 through April of 2012. Upon receipt of the additional information from Ms. [redacted], Ashro will conclude its investigation and inform her of the result.

Per [redacted], we are  doing everything we can to get it removed. It will take a while to get it all cleared up.

Colony Brands does not own or operate Figi's and cannot, therefore, respond to any allegations regarding an inquiry by that company. With regard to Colony Brands: Swiss Colony has no record of requesting a consumer credit report on Mr. [redacted]. The only credit report request on file for any Colony Brands company was requested by Midnight Velvet in response to an order placed by Mr. [redacted] on September 22, 2014. If Mr. [redacted] can provide a copy of the inquiry that appears on his report, The Swiss Colony will investigate and ensure that the information on his report is accurate and correct.
