*** told me a lot about what technical terms to think about and listen to when talking to the New AC Salesman Gave advise on small changes to vents that could help Then do to medical issues with my family, he got a sales person scheduled to arrive in mins or less
This was extremely helpful and put me at ease The customer service *** extended was excellent I hope I can give a similar review for the Salesman

ARS inspected my furnace as part of my service contract with them They determined that my furnace was failing, and helped me get a replacement furnace installed in less than one week All of the ARS staff who dealt with me were extremely courteous and professional

This was a follow up maintenance call to the installation of two new units we had installed The service man was very personable and efficient I've used ARS for almost years now, so I guess that speaks for itself
The technician ARS Raleigh sent to my house was *** ** I had new kitchen countertops installed 1st of July ***'s job was to disconnect the old sink and reconnect the new sink and faucet This required him to come the day the countertops were being removed then come back the next day to install the new sink and faucet He arrived on time and did his job professionally He answered all my questions and I am most happy with the service he provided He did a great job
I can't say enough good things about ARS in general and my technician *** in particularMy air conditioner stopped working this summer and ARS did a great job fixing the problem quickly and at a much lower cost than the first company I called (*** & *** which tried to upsell me much more than just the coil I needed)At that time, I bought the service plan and right on schedule, I got a call for my 6-month checkup *** came to my house today and did a check of the heating system and found that I needed a new blower motorWhat I really liked about *** (other than that he's a VERY friendly guy with whom I had a great conversation) is that he didn't just tell me what was wrongHe brought me upstairs to the attic to show me exactly what was going on, why it needed to be replaced and what would happen if I didn'tVery trustworthy and very efficient standard operating procedure for ARS
