We have had a HVAC maintenance plan with ARS for many years The technician that came this visit was [redacted] He was very polite, on time, and did an excellent job We had an a technician out the Tuesday before our scheduled maintenance date and he was unable to tell us why our upstairs ac unit froze [redacted] was able to tell that the unit was low on Freon and should have been added when they installed our units After he added the Freon, our unit is now working at top capacity You can always tell when you get an experienced technician I wish you were able to request a certain technician when you make your appointment
[redacted] did an excellent job He was efficient, took care of what needed to be taken care of and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need He had a very pleasant attitude ARS has always been extremely helpful in working with me and my heat pump
[redacted] came to our home on a Sunday morning shortly after making an emergency appointment due to the AC unit not producing any air of any type into the ventilation systemAfter an examination of the system, he informed us of the issue, showed us pictures of the unit's problem (the unit was frozen solid inside) and all issues and concerns tied to thisHe then treated the system and let us know of leak in the evaporation coil, which is the source of the freeze
