He did a thorough job and discussed possible repairs with us in a business like and professional manner. We have been doing business with ARS ever since they bought the business from [redacted]. [redacted] S removed and replaced 2 toilets in my house. His work was first class and very professional. The price was in line with other estimates we had received previously. While removing and installing there was little or no interruption in our routine and completed in a surprisingly short period of time. He was very thorough in the cleanup.

He ensured everything was working correctly when complete and guided me through how my new tank functioned. He also provided me with information on what to expect the first few days with the tank. At the end, he walked through what he did and cleaned up everything. What a great experience, once again. I have used them before to fix a broken pipe and have not had any issues with that either.
