Our upstairs A/C went out just this past weekend and we called ARS in RaleighWe had excellent service with ca call back form their website within hour and they worked us in on a SundayWe needed parts ordered to fix our A/C and they called the very next morning on Monday and had what we neededI was able to make an appt for service the very next day on Tuesday! I received calls all along the process and they came exactly when they said they would*** *** (our technician) who installed our new parts was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable in his skillsThe process took most of the day, but we had nice cool A/C before we went to bed on TuesdayI would highly recommend the ARS services*** *** was great!
