ARS has provided maintenance services on our two HVAC systems for 10+ years Today *** *** performed the annual maintenance on both systems He was thorough, patiently answered all of our questions, and offered a few suggestions on how we could improve the efficiency of the systems *** is sharp, very courteous, and thoroughly professional I highly recommend both the company and its outstanding representative
This was a routine maintenance check*** ** explained what he did and wrote out a schedule of what should be done at what intervals to maintain the system and how much the parts costI really appreciated that because it helps me to know how to budget for parts
Technician *** ** was thorough and offered a substantive summary of his findings on the two heating units It was good to have a different technician after the previous ARS visits It gave a fresh set of eyes, though I assume he was able to see notes of previous technicians
My service technician *** ** was very courteous and knowledgeableHe maintained a competent and professional demeanor*** answered all my questions promptly and accurately
