I have dealt with ARS for about 8 years and purchased two heat pumps with dual fuel from them. I have had them inspect the systems twice a year. On my last inspection, [redacted] noted that the A coil had leaks and was defective. I had the parts and labor 10 year warranty. There was no questions or problems about the replacement under warranty. [redacted] was back and replaced the coil.
Wayne was a very knowledgeable technician, friendly and efficient.

Semiannual maintenance on my furnace was performed by HVAC technician [redacted]. He was professional and polite, and my impression was that his maintenance service was very thorough. He also took time to answer my questions about the service.
[redacted] from ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh performed a tankless hot water heater install quote earlier this week. I was blown away by the level of service provided by [redacted]. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. It felt like having a good friend over to help with a home improvement project! He provided me with a number of different options to meet my installation needs and budget constraints. He made a stressful decision very easy, and I am extremely grateful for his help. He also was able to get me a great deal on fixing other plumbing issues at the house. We had a bad cartridge in our shower and once I told him my pregnant wife needed it fixed he sprung into action and fixed it in minutes. I will absolutely use ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh for all of my future plumbing needs, JUST because of [redacted].
