THE BEST EXPIRIENCE IN MY LIFE !!!!! I spent over months shopping for a used Lexus LSand finally I found the right one at Conway ImportsI was very suprised of the condition of the vehicle and my sales advisor SEBASTIANThis young man was extremally professional, very thorough and incredibly knowledgable about the car and financing aspect of purchaseAnd also I would like to Thank you for KARL for taking care of the financigHe get me better interest rate I expected Its not the first time Im buying car but first time in my life when Im not feel like a target but like family and I definitley will come back for the next car and of course I would recommend this place for all my frieds and family

After couple weeks searching a vehicle for my mother, I came across Conway Imports Auto sales online, and not just I found a vehicle that she wanted but they had the best service ever Tony the salesman was very professional, excellent customer care from start to finish He delivered everything he promised me over the phone, and went the extra mile to get us in and out very quickly

These guys are great! They helped me out from beginning to endComing from a first time buyer experience, they pointed me in the right direction and was really confident walking out with the car I wanted without expecting any trouble Jesus and Karl were great! Did everything in their power to get me a deal that worked for my situation and even got my car detailed to finish it off Definitely will be referring Conway imports to anyone who asks me about getting a car! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the middle of August We were told that it was a one owner vehicle and that this was a [redacted] vehicle and that all the information about the vehicles history was all thereThe owner [redacted] showed us what looked like a 40+ page [redacted] report but did not let us look through itThis vehicle also showed owners not He also told us this vehicle is in GREAT condition and running conditionSince leaving there, the weeks of owning this vehicle we have had nothing but issues one after anotherFirst the vehicle wouldn't start on most occasionsIt would crank but not startWe called the service department there and they told us that our day warranty will not cover thisFor one, they did not know what the issue was or what was causing it because they did not ask us to bring it inSo we had to have it towed to a nearby Carx shop in our townSince that first non-starting issue we have contacted the salesperson there about the ongoi

Tell us why here...Mr [redacted] , Thank you for taking the time to share your experienceWe take our reputation very seriously and would like to address any concerns you may have.At first we would like to correct that every vehicle comes with days power-train warranty for engine and transmission internal lubricated parts only, which was explained to you at the time of the saleAlso at the time of the sale we informed you that a gasket has to be replaced and we promised that we will take care of it at no cost to you.As we promised we took care of the gasket at no cost.In addition to the gasket we also give you the wholesale price for the parts which our day powertrain warranty did not cover If what you say is true about the car and work we did, you would have experienced drivability problems as soon as you left our dealership As a mechanic, even a short trip in the car in this condition you would have brought the vehicle back to us right away.We arranged towing to bring the vehicle back at no cost because according to you the car wasn't driveableYou contacted us the following morning and canceled the towing because you had to drive the car to workIf the car was not in condition to be driven, you would not have taken it to work.All work and parts that was not covered under warranty were covered by us since you stopped payment on your credit cardWe did not hear from you again

My son was told he was pre-qualified for a car loan, so we drove over miles for a specific car They knew he was coming a great distance yet when we got there we were told they had just sold the vehicle They called and asked us to come back because that customer's loan did not go through They proceeded to process my son's loan application which we had been led to believe had been done (or we wouldn't have made the long trip), and told him he didn't have enough credit history to qualify! They then tried to bait him into buying a different car from their lot This is the kind of thing that gives used car salespeople a bad reputation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10887073, and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me I expressed some concerns in regards to the company's practices, such as the paperwork that they have customers sign, and there is no mention of that on this response There were also issues with the staff and some business practices that I brought to Chris' attention that there seems to be no resolution for Two big items that I would have liked to seen resolution on were not mentioned in the response.What I will say is that the customer service on this case was good Being an after the fact situation, Chris seemed to have worked very hard to ensure that the issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle were resolved He went so far as to repair one issue that I knew about when I bought the vehicle This was a knob that was broken off I have not had the opportunity to verify the repairs, but the vehicle does seem to be operating much better than when I first brought it back to Conway Sincerely, Daniel ***

I can not say enough about the Excellent customer service at ConwayI bought a F-4Xin January from themThe check engine light came on day after I got the truckI went back and they told me not to worry"we will make sure you are completely happy with this truck, you have no worries with us we stand behind what we sell." THEY HAVE GONE OVER THE TOP! There word is as good as gold! My problem was solvedI live about miles from the dealership, they even put gas in the truck for the inconvenienceCONWAY will be my first stop on the next car purchaseThey really make buy a vehicle a easy process

Very unhappy with the service they put a hibben fee on me when I buy a [redacted] car on 3/7/after I said pay full price with tax and plate and a extra 600$ bank fee they put on me was not happy with there service would not recommend to any friends,family,stay away

I initially contacted the dealership on Thursday, 2/about a Mazda CX-I spoke with Rigo and he assured me that the vehicle was there and in great shape(as I was apprehensive about driving to streamwood)I made an appointment to come looked at the vehicle on Saturday,2/He ended the call by saying that he would contact me if the vehicle sold before then, as he didn't want to waste me timeI drove forty minutes to a scheduled appointment only to be told by a salesman the car that I was interested in had sold on Wednesday, the day before I initially spoke to RigoAnd once I had met Rigo, he tried to still tell me the car was thereAfter I left Conway visibly irritated, I was contacted via text message by Sebastian about missing my appointmentI replied to said text with what happened to only receive a message that stated the car had sold on Thursday, 2/I was not contacted about the vehicle being sold
