I just bought my first car with Conway Imports and I have nothing but good things to say. I dealt with Tony. He was extremely helpful all the way across the board and also very professional. We went through a lot of options and paperwork but Tony made it work and I couldn't be more happy with the end results. A+

Overall a friendly, inviting, relaxed car buying experience!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10887073, and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me. 
I expressed some concerns in regards to the company's practices, such as the paperwork that they have customers sign, and there is no mention of that on this response.  There were also issues with the staff and some business practices that I brought to Chris' attention that there seems to be no resolution for.  Two big items that I would have liked to seen resolution on were not mentioned in the response.
What I will say is that the customer service on this case was good.  Being an after the fact situation, Chris seemed to have worked very hard to ensure that the issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle were resolved.  He went so far as to repair one issue that I knew about when I bought the vehicle.  This was a knob that was broken off.  I have not had the opportunity to verify the repairs, but the vehicle does seem to be operating much better than when I first brought it back to Conway.

Great customer service,very friendly people. Marco was a lot of help we drove 2 hours and got the truck we were looking for. I would definitely do business with them again..

The staff at Conway Imports was very helpful, professional, and personable throughout the whole process. Marco did a great job helping us find the best fit for our needs and the entire process took a lot less longer than I've spent at any other car dealerships. They really do what they say they will do for you, no false promises.

I can not say enough about the Excellent customer service at Conway. I bought a 2005 F-250 4X4 in January from them. The check engine light came on 1 day after I got the truck. I went back and they told me not to worry. "we will make sure you are completely happy with this truck, you have no worries with us we stand behind what we sell." THEY HAVE GONE OVER THE TOP! There word is as good as gold! My problem was solved. I live about 100 miles from the dealership, they even put gas in the truck for the inconvenience. CONWAY will be my first stop on the next car purchase. They really make buy a vehicle a easy process.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not drive the car to work , I have two vehicles and also Like I said if you messed up my car once befor , and also didn't fix my car correctly why would I trust you to do it again? So instead of assuming details you don't know please reframe from stating inaccurate facts. Bottom line is the work done was not done correctly , work that was supposed to be done was not done , I have tons of proff from Bmw and two other car shops which there not just gonna make stuff up. I was sold a car that had problems , then the problems didn't get resolved , and now you guys have a negative effect from that. First problems happen after one month you guys could have made it right the first time. Not a problem my fault in trusting you guys in the first place. What's done is done all I can do now is write negative reviews across every web site I know and least let people know to be careful.

My experiences at Conway have been absolutely positive. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is unbelievable. The ethics and thoroughness and attention to detail has been exemplary. Sebastian is truly a client advisor; he asked appropriate questions to determine my needs and made suggestions giving me numerous choices; he NEVER pressured and was extremely patient while my wife and I made our decision. Chris was extremely helpful in completing my sale and finances. This is my second car from Conway and I will continue returning for my auto purchases and service. I recommend Conway for anyone who wants a great car at a reasonable price and excellent care.

We had an excellent experience with Conway Imports. Rigoberto [redacted] was very helpful from the moment I called. After a lot of shopping around on the internet I found the car I was shopping for with low miles and the best price around. My wife and I traveled a long way to purchase the vehicle and was happy it was everything they advertised. They got the financing started early to make the paperwork as painless as possible. Very happy with the overall experience and all of Rigo's help.

The service I received to day was very pleasing. Even thought I have financial difficulties at this time, I was treated with patience, dignity, and great appreciation. We worked it out with the warranty company to cut the check in customers name since they declined the claim on the vehicle. We hope this will also help out with the repair on the vehicle.

After couple weeks searching a vehicle for my mother, I came across Conway Imports Auto sales online, and not just I found a vehicle that she wanted but they had the best service ever. Tony the salesman was very professional, excellent customer care from start to finish. He delivered everything he promised me over the phone, and went the extra mile to get us in and out very quickly.

While searching for a car online, I found a listing at Conway Imports. It was the fairest price I had found for the car I was looking for. I went to see the car and was extremely pleased with the service from the staff. Everyone there was so friendly and accomodating. I have had negative experiences with car dealers in the past so I was surprised with the pleasant experience that they provided me. They gave me a great deal on my car purchase and they made the finance process very easy. The next time I need a car, I will difinitely start with them and reccommend that my friends and family do as well.

Marco was honestly one of the best sales representive i've ever worked with. he went above and beyond my expectations to help me find the perfect most afforable car for myself. I could not be happier with my experience here and I would recommend not only the dealership but Marco as your sales representive.

and at the time of purchase. After a couple of weeks Mr. [redacted] acknowledge to us that he went to service the vehicle at a remote oil change facility. To this being done Mr. [redacted] vehicle began to have engine problems. To our believe we think the oil change was not administered the right way and/or was not the right type of oil. We cannot be held responsible for the damages that were made after the oil change was done at that service facility.

I have purchased a car twice good customer service very patient with the customers and willing to work with you a variety of cars to choose from.
