Hello this is my unfortunate exp with Conway Imports in Streamwood IllinoisI purchased a Bmw 530xi back at the end of January of After weeks of owning the car I began to have problemsI tow my car to the dealer to have them check the car out and let me know what's wrongOnce I received a call that my strut spring broke and I needed to replace with two new ones on the front I said good to go and make the repairI also found I had an oil leak from my oil pan and oil filter housing gasket which they also said they would fix free of charge covered under there engine and trans warranty for daysI said great please do, just make sure all the work gets done as I'm a mechanic myself and will check your workA week goes by and I go to the dealer to pick up the carI was told Monday it was done and I went on a Friday to pick up and when I get there it was not readySo I come back the next day a Saturday to pick upI paid via CC $for repairsI never received an ite

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the middle of August We were told that it was a one owner vehicle and that this was a *** vehicle and that all the information about the vehicles history was all thereThe owner *** showed us what looked like a 40+ page *** report but did not let us look through itThis vehicle also showed owners not He also told us this vehicle is in GREAT condition and running conditionSince leaving there, the weeks of owning this vehicle we have had nothing but issues one after anotherFirst the vehicle wouldn't start on most occasionsIt would crank but not startWe called the service department there and they told us that our day warranty will not cover thisFor one, they did not know what the issue was or what was causing it because they did not ask us to bring it inSo we had to have it towed to a nearby Carx shop in our townSince that first non-starting issue we have contacted the salesperson there about the ongoi

Very unhappy with the service they put a hibben fee on me when I buy a *** car on 3/7/after I said pay full price with tax and plate and a extra 600$ bank fee they put on me was not happy with there service would not recommend to any friends,family,stay away

My son was told he was pre-qualified for a car loan, so we drove over miles for a specific car They knew he was coming a great distance yet when we got there we were told they had just sold the vehicle They called and asked us to come back because that customer's loan did not go through They proceeded to process my son's loan application which we had been led to believe had been done (or we wouldn't have made the long trip), and told him he didn't have enough credit history to qualify! They then tried to bait him into buying a different car from their lot This is the kind of thing that gives used car salespeople a bad reputation

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Mr*** purchase here at Conway Imports was in excellent mechanical working conditions
before and at the time of purchaseAfter a couple of weeks Mr*** acknowledge to us that he went to service the vehicle at a remote oil change facilityTo this being done Mr*** vehicle began to have engine problemsTo our believe we think the oil change was not administered the right way and/or was not the right type of oilWe cannot be held responsible for the damages that were made after the oil change was done at that service facility
