Dear Mr***Again We arranged towing to bring the vehicle back at no cost because according to you the car wasn't driveableYou contacted us the following morning and canceled the towing because you had to drive the car to workIf the car was not in condition to be driven, you would not have taken it to work.All work and parts that was not covered under warranty were covered by us since you stopped payment on your credit cardWe did not hear from you again

We worked it out with the warranty company to cut the check in customers name since they declined the claim on the vehicleWe hope this will also help out with the repair on the vehicle

I came in just to browse around and I was greeted instantly I only was able to put so much down and the owner was more than happy to work out a deal for meAs a sales man pulled up, I noticed it was a car I've been searching online for but in a newer model Obviously I was shocked and felt like they knew what was right for me I recommend this company to anyone Prices are reasonable and was approved with zero credit

I bought a car here on September and on November 21st the transmission was blown! I went to talk to Sebastian and he kept talking about irrelevant subjects to try to make a point that they are not responsible for selling me lemonThey have had the car for a few weeks now and on Saturday Dec he tells me that it will cost me 8k to fix and that I have to pay for the bill of the mechanics they sent it toThis place is a joke of a business! I recommend EVERYONE to take their business elsewhere or be prepared to buy a LEMON of a car! I do intend to bring lawyers in because I did not get stuck with a 20k car just to replace the transmission in MONTHS!! They put the CON in conway for sure

Fraudulently sold me a car without disclosing the many problems this car hadWithin weeks car check engine light went on and started making a loud knock in motorHad car towed to neighborhood dealer and they told me it would be 5G to pull motorThey checked oil and found that conway imports put conventional oil in a car that required syntheticGot the car running just to have it happen a second time within daysHad it towed to cadillac dealer and they gave me an estimate of over to fix ALL the problems that were pre-existingfrom beefore I boughtOh I had bought extended warranty which I thought I was told was the best one that covers engine and mechanical but found out they duped me and gave me the warrantybthat basically covers nothing.Chris the finance guy said he would take care of the problems but fixed only one thing was supposed to be done before I took car anyway that they never didNeedless to say I have been persueing a fraud case since I bought the car against Conway importsCar was sitting leaking oil and ruining my driveway for almost month was put into it just to get it running in the past weeks and yesterday out of nowhere the motor blew.They even lied to the finance company after we had told them lying about the true condition of the carI went as far as asking them to take back the car and I will buy a more expensive car and they said noThere is way more to the story and anybody that wants more info of what they said to me can by all means contact meI have a lawyer working on this and will be sueing for a new driveway as well as insurance money for a car that cant be driven and my money back on this piece of junkBe weary people, these people lie just to get you to buy a car and will not back up their word

I'm taking back my original review of stars This review doesn't deal with my experience in purchasing my new vehicle I thought they were different than every shady dealer out there However, to my dismay I've found out they aren't I went to their website recently since my sister is in the market for a good used SUV I kept telling her check out Conway Imports where I purchased my vehicle from To my dismay the trade in I brought in was listed as a manager's special I have no problem with the amount they gave me for trade My problem lies in their deceptive online sales descriptions When I brought the car in the rocker panels had major rust issues not to mention a clutch on the fritz Now I'm not going to say they didn't service the clutch but the within the vehicle description they state the exterior body is in excellent shape with original paint That's flat out deception! Every single scratch was touched up along with the rocker panels so there's no way that description is accurate Buyer beware!

These guys are great! They helped me out from beginning to endComing from a first time buyer experience, they pointed me in the right direction and was really confident walking out with the car I wanted without expecting any trouble
Jesus and Karl were great! Did everything in their power to get me a deal that worked for my situation and even got my car detailed to finish it off
Definitely will be referring Conway imports to anyone who asks me about getting a car!

My son was told he was pre-qualified for a car loan, so we drove over miles for a specific car They knew he was coming a great distance yet when we got there we were told they had just sold the vehicle They called and asked us to come back because that customer's loan did not go through They proceeded to process my son's loan application which we had been led to believe had been done (or we wouldn't have made the long trip), and told him he didn't have enough credit history to qualify! They then tried to bait him into buying a different car from their lot This is the kind of thing that gives used car salespeople a bad reputation

Dealer sold me a car to years ago,sowed me the car fax with no problem no previous accidents,clear history report,few days ago I been at *** dealer to traid in my car,after they check the car fax ,car fax shows that befor car with was purchased from conway imports auto was involved in car axident prior to sale it to me,they delete all that information from the papaer with they showed to us,and sold me the car as clean history car
