First and foremost I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customer. Even though I was unaware of the issue in the beginning we take full responsibility and corrected all the problems customer had with the carCustomer was told at the time of sale the warranty
covers major components which are engine and transmission onlyIt does not cover ball joints, sway bar links and vacuum leak that were fixed. We also fixed a clutch fan and repaired a muffler just to accommodate the customerTo my understanding these are issues that would arise in any year old vehicle but in my experience even newer cars. After a conversation with a customer we came to a conclusion and to my understanding Mr*** was satisfied with the outcome. Thank You Chris ***

On 06-18-I called Conway Imports auto sales and spoke with Patricia who informed me the CL *** edition *** *** was still available to purchase after going to speak with someoneI was then Called by Alber *** from Conway Imports auto sales to set up an appointment to test drive the CL *** edition *** *** I was unsure but he talked it up as being a very nice clean and fast carSo he stated when can you come inI informed him between 5-pm so we set the appointment for thenI drove miles round trip to reach this dealership and return homeI arrived at 5:pm and the salesman said no worries I will grab the key and then came back and said a friend of the owner had put a deposit on the car several days ago?! He then tried to talk about another car? Bait and Switch! I refused and asked what they would do to make this right as I spent a lot of gas and over hours of my time round trip for nothingHe said well if he doesn't buy i

My son was told he was pre-qualified for a car loan, so we drove over miles for a specific car They knew he was coming a great distance yet when we got there we were told they had just sold the vehicle They called and asked us to come back because that customer's loan did not go through They proceeded to process my son's loan application which we had been led to believe had been done (or we wouldn't have made the long trip), and told him he didn't have enough credit history to qualify! They then tried to bait him into buying a different car from their lot This is the kind of thing that gives used car salespeople a bad reputation

Very unhappy with the service they put a hibben fee on me when I buy a *** car on 3/7/after I said pay full price with tax and plate and a extra 600$ bank fee they put on me was not happy with there service would not recommend to any friends,family,stay away
