You can't give me an offer on something that I was scammed into. complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI signed the agreement with National Merchants who processes my businesses customers credit cards through Red PaymentsBruce, Client Service who handles the claims and questions regarding my cc processing identified himself as an employee of Red Payments and described that Red Payments oversees many subordinate companies who process through Red Payment to include NMSWhen the salesperson Steve S*** was first at *** ***, he had to call "his colleague" Mercedes at Red Payments to set up the accountIt took mos to get it set upThe Magtek reader was sent from Red Payments and I have the envelope with their return address. Brian, the tech who set up my account to become compatible with the POS identified himself as a Red Payment employee. I contacted National Merchants and inquired about returning the magtek reader and ending my account directed me to contact red payments. When I contacted the salesperson, Steve S***, he also directed me to contact Mercedes of Red Payments with any concerns.In addition, Bruce told me that I would never get anywhere if I complained because the complaints come to him and he would not allow it to end. I did not receive a copy of my contract for mos after signing up. Bruce sent me the contract after I requested it many timesI believe he added the magtek reader to the contract because I made it clear that I did not want any new or additional equipment. When Bruce cant explain something he hangs up the phone or tells me that he will be get back to me and does not until I continually call back and ask what is happening.The mail that I have received return address is Red Payments. I believe this is another case of fraud and stall tactics by Red Payments. Again, I am only asking to reimbursed the charges I was charged for months and not being processedBruce guaranteed me that I would be reimbursed those charges and to date, I have not received them. I have been paying for processors. In addition, I want to return the magtek reader and end all charges since signing on with NMS and Red Payments and any future charges. I would also like to end my account with Red Payments.
