they are doing nothing--go to red payments on computer -- check complaints --like mine--signed contract--they take it with them and fill it out-and put it on a long lease after telling you there is no charge on the card machine--also abusive charges on the card amount you do with your business.the salesman waws paul p***--they hit my wife--the same way--and countless others--WHAT CAN Revdex.com REALLY DO FOR US?

Good Afternoon Looking into the history of your account we have come upon several notes; We advised you that Steven G*** is not an employee of Red Payments, he was an independent contractor that no longer had an affiliation with Red PaymentsWhen receiving your cancelation letter
the first thing we did was call you to attempt to retainYou were speaking to Krystal at the time, and she had advised that you had signed an agreement with us and there is an LD fee that is associated with breaching the contract. 5/** a phone was made by Krystal, where she spoke with the you the merchant and sent you over a copy of your contract, where you signed that you read and understood the terms and agreementOn 6/* you spoke with Krystal again and advised her to proceed with the closure requestShe went over the contract with you once again and advised you of the LD fees. Then you called back the same day and stated to hold off on the closure, which we did 6/* we left you a message to try to get you back on board 6/** left a message with *** to have the merchant give us a call back 6/** as per you the merchant you wanted to proceed with the closure request, because you felt you didnt sign a contract when it states on the application that this is an application and agreement. I am not the owner of the business, and they made me sign papers just to guarantee the machine I was never told about the contract I only signed the two papers that the salesperson gave me She never mentioned terms or conditions The two papers that I signed never mentioned any fees for breaking the contract, or anything else I am NOT the owner of the business Why would the contract be under my name if I am not the owner of the business I don't want to be held responsible for any contracts or fees I am leaving the business soon I can't even get in touch with the customer service agents because they keep hanging up on me or not answering my calls Plus it took me almost two months to get refunds from them They don't deal well with customers, and are very rude and nasty customer service agents All of these refunds that they claim they gave me, are false I was supposed to get refunds I didn't receive them in full And also, a representative never stopped by our store and they never pick up their phones when I need their help I can show you my bank statement to prove it P.S THE ISSUE HERE IS I AM NOT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS AND I AM LEAVING SOON, AND THE OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I need a solution ASAP, I don't want anything in my name I am not staying in this business and I am stuck in a contract that I didn't know about This business is scamming people I will not pay any fees, They still owe me money and I can show proof of original documents that I am not the owner of the business and I can also provide bank statements showing that none of what they're saying is true
Attached is the part of the contract that shows their termination policy...P.S I, *** *** am not the owner of the business and I clearly stated that to the saleswoman many times.I also never signed a contract, I only signed the application and was told by Julia the saleswoman that there wouldn't be any cancellation fees or contractsShe wrote "owner" next to my name, and I told her I am not the owner She said that the application just guarantees me the machine She told me it was okay that I was not the owner, and that there weren't any agreements She also never told me that I would be stuck in a year contract that is non-cancel-able I found out after a few weeks after I received a contract by faxThis company scams people and I don't want to deal with this company anymore, and I should not be responsible for any fees/termination fees/cancellation fees that I was not told about If you look up this company on google, there are many complaints about them This shows that they are an unjust company that lies to people to get them to sign papers that they don't know about. good morning we have spoken with you on numerous occasions and there was NEVER a mention that the manager signed the application we also refunded every fee that you claimed you were not supposed to be charge I have attached the tickets in our systems that shows all the
refunds if you chose to stay with red payment we would love to continue doing business with you but, if you chose to leave red payments then the LD fee stands and will be charged to your account for breaking the contract with us

you have stopped processing before and was retained and given a new terminal. You were made aware then about your terms and conditions and those T&Cs were in effect when you canceled this time.

We never requested the cancellation of our account. Nor were we advised that it was being cancelled in October. The only way we knew the account had been closed by Red Payments is that we saw your $2853 withdrawal from our account and when we inquired as to why, were told that the account had been closed and those were the liquidated damages. As we did not wish to have our processing account with you closed. I asked to have it re-opened and was happy to pay the monthly maintenance fee even tough the nature of our business is such we don't often have the need to process credit card transactions. I wanted to maintain the ability to do so if a client wished to pay that way. We were happy and agreeable to process any and all credit card transactions with your company. Quite simply there have been none requested by our customers during the period in question. Bottom line is: The liquidated damages clause in my agreement with Red Payments was exercised without grounds or justification and your tactics to hold on to those funds amount to little more than extortion. On the advice of my attorney and the NY States Attorneys office I am filing this complaint thru the Revdex.com. Hopefully we can settle this here and not have to engage a higher authority. It seems there was some sort of mix up with the bank account - the issue has been fixed and ive received confirmation the merchant will receive the amount within 48/72 hours. I see the manager had told you, that when you are processing the signed volume we can do something about the reimbursement. It was also stated that, if you had the agreement that you made with the sales rep about the no contract in writing, that we would gladly honor it. Nothing was presented to us. The cancellation fee would have been 650.00. Since your experience wasn't what we would like it to be we can close you with out a cancellation fee. All of our charges are on your terms and conditions, which you signed that you agree to and understand them. We can gladly send them over to you as well, if you like. We are waiting to hear back from your in order to process the cancellation in a timely fashion.Again I apologize on behalf of everyone in red payments.

Good morning When you spoke with Tom in July you failed to mention to him that you would be BREACHING your contract with us and closing your account. We closed your account with NO FEES because you closed your business, and we stated if you send us the paperwork we will go ahead and...
just close the account.We also stated that if your have any written documentation that states that you have no contract we will honor that as well PCI compliance is something that is a responsibility of every merchant that accepts credit cardsits not a made up charge and it is necessary. at this time we will not be refunding you the PCI compliance fee
