     cost more than $12,3) The firm told me not to go back to the marital home to retrieve my clothing or personal 
     belongings(keep in mind that there is a letter on file from the marriage councilor that I
     had to leave the martial home for my safety.)
4) The firm stated that Cordell & Cordell would be able to get me 40% of the equity in the
    house

     original price that I was quoted by Cordell & Cordell3) It took Cordell & Cordell months to get my personal belongings from the marital house
     and some of the personal items were never retrieved4) Cordell & Cordell did not get any of the equity for me form the marital house
