Hello [redacted] as you are aware this had been dealt with and despite the inaccuracies posted here and elsewhere your refund had already been approved as you had understood that the only reason for your company's failure to proceed with the program was your unwillingness to adhere to US laws regarding creating a business, specifically getting an EIN numberAs stated in so many places you cannot build business credit without it so to post a complaint considering you are aware of these facts is very disappointingBelow is our previous conversation you are aware of and again your refund is in queue to be done but at this point we will now need to get this resolved amicably also Here is the response you are aware of in addition to the emails and calls asking that you get the required EIN number taken care ofAgain we are offering a courtesy refund per this last e-mail you received the previous business day, that is going way over and above the norm but it can take a few days This was sent on FridayWe like most companies in the US do not work on Sat and Sun, it is now MondayYou request [redacted] that we send a PayPal as you seemed in an extreme hurry to get a refund immediately instead of a check which was also replied to and we were going to also bend over backwards to accommodate "Hi ***, Not sure if [redacted] or [redacted] contacted you today but it seems in the best interest of my company and you to get your money back and part ways Please try to keep in mind that our time is money as is yours and we have to take the loss at this point and not exactly sure between all the calls to get an EIN which still boggles me how much we have spent on our end to try and helpSo with that said the bottom line is Corporate Network will give you the benefit of the doubt and just give you a refund because you at least admitted some of this was your fault Like you, we don’t want to be taken advantage ofBut, as a business, we will err on the side of our customer As the transaction was I think over months ago a return to your CC may not be possible as that is how Visa/MC workLet me see about getting you a credit somehow and hopefully not have to send a check of $ which is what I think we should both feel comfortable withWith that I can only imagine how many hundreds we are losing but in the end that is the cost of doing business if a client is not happy sometimes and like [redacted] pointed out, mentioned that you had admitted it was a two sided failureSad for both of us as I have never let a client NOT get their services that they fully paid for once it got to meBest of luck sir and please contact [redacted] or [redacted] to get this resolved with the creditThanks" This was the previous answer to the complaint you were aware of and accept [redacted] responsibility for being the only company in our programs history to ever not get an EIN that takes less than seconds to do and is absolutely requir [redacted] to open any credit accounts "Your complaint consisted of a demand for a refund and complaints about “wasted time”Certainly some time has been wasted, however that is a result of the failure to comply on your endYou see sir we have absolute requirements since we are a reality based programAs an example only a fool would think they could build personal credit if they were unable or unwilling to use a social security numberSince 9/here in the United States all corporations must have a proper EIN numberI see tons of very competent advice getting nowhere to deal with this simple minute itemIf you are not a US citizen then you must get an ITIN number to obtain an EIN number for a corporationIt is baffling that you are screaming scam when this is a requirement, your initial sign up clearly states that and our terms are set in stoneIt is not possible as has been stated so many times in the notes that it seems simply ridiculous to be honest sir We build credit for corporations, and we are the largest in the country at doing soSince you have been a member, literally thousands of US corporations have obtained tens of thousands in creditIn order to be a legitimate business, open a bank account, or open the most insanely small starter credit accounts with simple vendors to get started you will ne*ed to get an EINThis was reiterated so many times, as I have read, that it is baffling How can you call something a scam when you are the only one that I know of in years that won’t do the most basic thing and that is to obtain an EIN number and the very number that the credit will be built under? That is like screaming scam because a US mortgage company won’t approve a loan without a social security numberIt’s not up for debateIt cannot be done periodFrom what I can see, so much time has been spent trying to help this basic premise get done and find ways to “get around” starting a legitimate business that it behooves us as the company you paidYou got our program for about half price, it has wasted more time and resources than you paid forWe are the best at what we do, there is no questionWe have had a few complaints and when we are wrong there is literally nothing more important to me as an owner than to get the bottom of it and fix whatever that isBut in this case, just flying off the handle about our program being an e-book is simply incorrectYou can’t call and e-mail an e-book over times and get prompt and professionally courteous responses every timeYou’re basing your opinion on a program with which you have not complied with the requirements so I am at a total loss? Have your support people not had this conversation 15+ times and the representative that signed you up had clear notes that as an international client you were clear that there is no way to “get around” being a legitimate US company to expect legitimate US business credit? I am sorry you are upset, as a business owner so am II can only imagine how much it has cost me to pay hourly and highly trained employees to have support conversations about something that should have been done in the first minutesThere is simply no way to “scam” the system and not get an EIN as you are requestingThat is all I see here so farPlease let me know if I am missing something and if you have the required EIN and are in ne [redacted] of assistanceI assure you that our technicians are the best there are, many of them I have train [redacted] myselfPlease let me know ASAP why we cannot get this done I can formally reply to your complaint but I felt it important to reply ASAP as I have never in years seen something so simple be a problemIt is not an option to build business credit without a business and it is not a real business without an EIN and corporation in placeIt is a simple black and white issueLet’s get it resolv [redacted] together ASAP! On a quick search of the account this company has literally spent months to get incorporated and still has not set up a simple website and phone numberI am completely confused as these are all insanely simple things that are supposed to be done in the first hoursAll I see is tons of e-mails complaining and nothing real doneI don’t understand, did you want one of our employees to put your company in their name to obtain an EIN? All of these required items have never been a problem for tens of thousands of companies no matter how small or how limited their start up budget If you hired one of the best attorneys to work for you and didn’t give him what he needs to fight your case like something as simple as a case number, then sent him 30+ emails, calls saying he was scamming you, yet didn’t give him the required and simple information to do anything about it, how does that make any sense? I’m at a lossWe have to use some common sense here sir I see nothing but e-mails screaming and nice professional replies asking you to do something no one has ever had an issue doing I can tell you that we take each and every one of our client’s success very seriously and now that you’re under my watch and have my attention I can assure you that there will be no more time wasting on your part or ours to that end"

I have been working with True Build for over a year and they have been a great resource to build business creditWith their guidance and support, I was able to get approved for a NO PG Mastercard with a $22,limit Thank you True Build!

Corporate Credit Network's "True-Build" credit structure provides a much needed service to busy beginning and seasoned entrepreneurs I would rate it Outstanding so far! As a Client since May I've had the pleasure to stop by their office and meet a few of them all and see how hard they work The talented women they have on board are skilled and provide a service that does it all, I admit I did have to do some work too But recently I was out of town and their support staff just days ago had e-mailed me with all (5) of the vendors trade lines started and set up for me, awaiting my review and orders That saved me time and they followed through without question! Wow this is extremely unfortunate, especially considering that a trucking company, so long as they pay their bills on time, is one of the easiest types of companies to build credit onThere were over 100+ Visa's for limits of $10K+ approved this week for members that joined after you didIn regards to disappearing we have had the same number for about years so that is rather silly, all you have to do is callWe could have identified which bills were not getting paid on time from your business that was causing you to not get approved whereas every other company that followed our simple program and advice has more CC cards than the know what to do withBusiness credit is not a matter of does it work, or are we a scamWe are actually the only backend system with a proprietary True Build system and the only real company in the country that does what we do with a 20+ full time staff dedicated to client successThe hard part on our end is the simple concept that is if you open accounts like we do for you and pay those on time you will have good business cre3dit and open more accounts every monthThere is nothing that stops any trucking company from getting a $25k [redacted] that has been a member so long other than actual bad business creditWe can fix it as I suspect we tried on your file probably several time over but we simply cannot force an owner to follow thru with that concept and there is nothing we can doWith that said as sometimes we cannot get through to a client as to the absolute certainty that this will be a waste of everyone time and money perhaps we missed going over that and can do better in the future insuring clients sign and understand that there is only one way a business can actually fail at building credit moving forwardIn exchange for bringing it to our attention that we need to strive to do better there and educate and insure clients that have never had good personal credit perhaps understand this we can offer a one time refund and hope the best for you and your businessPlease contact the same number you have had as a client that is answered by hundreds of clients everyday, year after year and ask for [redacted] and that Mike the owner wanted the aforementioned done as a courtesy for your frustrations in understanding how to build business credit and what was necessaryUnfortunate for both you, but as any business owner would understand the real loss and scam can oftentimes be the monetary cost involved to pay employees to help clients whom we cannot get to follow some certain steps due to a lack on our part I suppose to help understand how business credit is built, all that has to be done is pay bills on time and we can do the rest

We are flippers and have our own LLC companyWe signed up with TruBuild to help us get Dunn & Bradstreet set up and establish credit under our business nameWe did not have a lot of money and they worked with us and set up a Vistaprint WebWe used credit accounts TruBuild helped us set upWe bought a house, fixed it and sold the houseWhile doing this I was also dealing with a partner that did not believe this would workI used little bits of money out of our fixed incomeOver the 1+ year's we slowly but surely set up the 10-different accounts and bought items here and thereWe got a Dunn and Bradstreet rating of and had D&B reports that covered over a year in businessThen we were finally able to apply for a Master Card!We were approved for over $20, with NO PG (personal guarantee)YES YEAH YEAH P.SMy husband had NO CREDIT Established when we started this!! Now he has a credit rating and it is getting better DON'T GIVE UP & PLUG AWAY at getting those charge accounts!!

I will definitely recommend TrueBuild Credit for building business credit! It takes a little patience but it pays offI just received a MC w/25k limit and no PGMy personal credit score is currently below and get declined when I try on my ownSo I chose to work with TrueBuild and they have secured several small lines of credit and now one with 25k limitAllow them to work their systematic approach to bringing you the credit lines to grow your business!

TrueBuild Credit is the only way to go when building you business creditRegardless the size of your business they will help you get the necessary credit you need to help grow your businessI just received a unsecured business MC with 18k limit with no PGTake their advice and do what they suggest and you will have great resultsI just wish I had used their service sooner

I contacted this company over a year ago For the Business Credit Builder Program Instead of them simply giving out all for the instructions at once and letting you complete the company they want to keep going into someone D&B profile which will bring your score down, and cause D&B to red flag your company This was suppose to be a simple step process, instead it has become a long enduring hassle over the last year If I made purchases, just give me step 2, when I complete step give me step They want to act like they are selling some amazing product Everyone who has been in business for a while knows to get a listing, a corporate address, a website, and corporate email and voicemail, and a bank account They are a very rude organization, they call constantly from different numbers with no consistency
