Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe have complied with every single request made by Truebuild and then someWe have tens of emails as proof that we have done our part and even have followed up with them to make sure they responded properlyYes the issue began before the six month period and it continued until Ayer six month periodIt was only after the six month period that we stopped communication and began our complaint processThe reason why we have three trade lines on our business profile is because we made purchases and paid out of company funds for those purchasesA simple google search would have been sufficient to find these companies which we opened trade lines withOne of them being Vistaprint which we have always used to purchase business marketing materialsRegardless of our business credit status (which was mainly due to our own purchases and payments), we are not happy with their survive and we have enough proof of their incompetence that we will win in courtIf Revdex.com prefers us forwarding all email communication to prove our point, we have no problem doing soEvery communication has been documented and can be utilized as proof that we haven't being relieving quality service as we were promised to receiveTrueBuild makes it sound like they are saints and that we have NOT been complying with them, but we can provide copies of email communications proving otherwiseWe simply ask for our money back in an amicable mannerIf not, we will proceed with a lawsuit and will demand all court and attorney's fees in the process not to mention all monetary damages faces when appointments were missed and the time that was spent to literally run after these techs who wouldn't even keep their own appointments and wouldn't respond to emails and calls in a timely mannerWe have done more than comply with what was expected of us and we still were treated poorly and unprofessionally; therefore, we decided to stop working with this company (AFTER the six month period passed) AND are entitled to our full refund Regards, [redacted]

***, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with our companyWe here at True Build Credit strive to provide legendary service for all of our clients and we want to see your company grow and succeed You have my sincere apology that we failed you in some way I did take a look at the file and I do see there were a few technicians working on the file, we all work as a team here and all partake in building client files so our clients succeedThe accounts that were sent over to you did report to your credit file, and you do have trades on your reports When you spoke to your technician on 6/3/ you told her you were excited about moving forward and the two of you pulled up your files to move you to the next part of the program When your files were pulled up, your technician found late payments on your credit files Our program works for so many business’s out there, however in order for our program to work bills must be paidAfter that initial dispute was done, your technician continued to follow up with you every couple of weeks leaving voicemails for you along with emails trying to reach you to let you know that more disputes were being done by usAfter months of no contact the file was archived and contact from us did stop I am sorry that you feel that our instructions were not precise because we most definitely do not want you to feel that way! We are here for you! I have to say, I was very skeptical when I first saw True Build Credit on the InternetI kept asking myself, how can this be? They just use your tnumber to get credit? We here at TrueBuild value the feedback from our clients and see every complaint as an opportunity to make our service better. However, in this case it seems that we may have come into a situation of a lack of communication between a husband and wife, and while we realize it is very hard to
run a business as a married couple, we did have permission to communicate with both parties. From time to time we will have a client come through who will use the information provided in our client login and go out against our advice and try to speed the process up and hurt their progress without realizing we have laid everything out in a certain sequence for very specific reasons According to our records the client signed up on 9/14/and agreed to our payment plan of monthly payments of $of which we have a signed agreement along with the signed guarantee that requires a minimum of six months of being an active client before refund is consideredThe client was called and welcomed to the program that very day, along with more conversations over the course of the months the account was active, as well as email conversations Now sometimes our communication was with the wife and sometimes with the husband, so we understand there may have been some confusion for them there. Our program and website states that we monitor the credit bureaus but we make no claim to purchase the reports on the client’s behalf. All of the file work was completed and sent in a timely fashion in accordance with our program guidelines and all payments were processed per the agreement dates, any claims to the contrary can also be attributed to the communication struggle among the business owners. We received several quite abrasive emails from the husband once he realized his wife was still speaking with us after he had apparently “cancelled” the service in which he was also being disrespectful to his wifeThe client made of the monthly payments, of which have been returned to them, we are retaining a fee of $for an administrative fee for our work performed since their refund request falls outside of our money back guarantee guidelines. We feel this is a fair and equitable compromise and wish them all the best

search in the extremely short time you have been a client there are emails,
I do not have the information in front of me in regards to the numbers of VM's
and conversations with our support staff and your technician, but I can make an
educated assumption that it is rather exorbitant
Let's try
to help you better understand and straighten out your issuesFirstly I am told
that you may have come to us with the premise of getting money as an investment
and were not an active business and did not plan on being oneMaybe I am
incorrect about this, but with that said, we are a reality based program and
the #resource in the country for real businesses and those that want to start
a fresh new business with massive benefits for those with good personal credit
and equally important and beneficial results to those with none or poor
personal credit
It seems
you may be under the assumption that building business credit is a sort of get
rich quick way to get a hold of money, I assure you that we have done this more
than all sources online combined for years with 15k clients and VERY few
complaints and it is not that at allBuilding business credit is one of if not
THE most crucial aspect of starting or growing a business
Now to
your situation, firstly you may be completely confused as to what
"business credit" means*** Mwhom was your representative was
very clear based upon your call when you signed up, but there still seems to be
some misunderstanding Business credit
is any and all credit extensions to a business from another business B2B credit is actually larger than personal
credit and it takes on MANY forms In
your particular situation the first two months were spent just getting a
corporation set up and an address, etcThat is an absolute requirementNo
one, even the most basic vendors that report to the bureaus will extend credit
to a "business" that is not a "business." So there were more
calls and emails than I can count here that seem to be related to that basic
fact to even get started And then more
work and fielding of information to that end for something that, to be honest,
is not that complicated
SO to that
end there are three primary business credit bureaus, luckily for all of us that
most all the content in relation to DNB, Experian Business, and Equifax
Business on the internet has come from us internally over the past decadeBUT
Experian specifically if you want to do it right takes a little longer,
they have no "pay to play" like DNB and are actually about times
more important than DNB so it looks as though there is work that has been and
is being done to that endYou have the prerequisite PayDex score from DNB etc
and are along your way and into what seems to be the second of seven tiers that
you will be working through
You have
to really understand something, from the immigrant worker with no social to the
struggling corporation that has employees and wants to get his PG off of
everything to run a tighter operation with capital, we have successfully helped
them allThis is not, never will be a get quick money or rich solutionIt IS
however the fastest most thorough way for a business to get access to money which
would take about 5-years but condenses that down to a timeline that many of
us can be realistic and work with
We look

get our feet more firmly planted on the ground, if we cannot build business
credit the fastest way possible than there is simply no one that can and to
that end you have to calm down a bit and let the process work Most of all, weekly or contact every few days
about progress is great, but "when do I get my money" is wasting our

credit for your new business and are successful! There has already
been a LOT of time and money with your service agreement wasted, let's work

We here at TrueBuild Credit, value our client’s opinions and take every customer concern very seriously. To address the client’s request of the refund of her $1k, this
client signed up for our service on 7/24/15. We offered a highly discounted price plan which was $if paid upfront in a one payment or a payment plan of monthly payments of $285. This being an extremely rare discount of our $or payments of $(Already an amazing price for a hands on full service) The client chose the discounted monthly paymentsUnfortunately, both the 2nd and 3rd payments were paid late so she was charged a $late fee. This brings her total paid to $880, not $1kIn addition, at the onset of joining our service, the client signed our agreement stating that she would not be eligible for a refund until she had been an active member for a minimum of months and complied with all the terms of our program. At this point in time, those conditions have not been met as we have had several lapses in communication, (August 2015-October and again from January 2016- June 2016), as well as her account payments not being paid on time and client refusing to follow the direction and advice of the assigned representative(The signed agreement and program overview are attached). Despite this, we have been willing to work with *** *** and move her forwardOur program is laid out as a step process in which we work alongside the business owner to achieve their goals and help them avoid any mistakes that they may make along the way by jumping ahead or doing any of our crucial steps out of orderAfter completing the first portion of our program, the client was demanding to have the program in its entirety made available to her stating that she would proceed at her own pace and in her own timeAfter becoming oddly upset and unprofessional when told that is not how our service works and that her request is against company policy. Upon examining the reasons behind her strange request further, we found that she was offering similar services on her company’s website and was really just looking to plagiarize and resell our information and content to to her own customers. We let her know that if she would like to offer our service to her customers, she would need to sign up to be a reseller and pay our volume discounted rate to refer her customers to usShe became very angry and hung upIncluded below is the client’s website URL in which it very clearly shows she is trying to sell the services we provideDue to the nature of how easy it is to change a site this writing is in effect as of 09/16/and the Wayback internet archive URL can be used at anytime to validate this: ***
After working on *** *** *** for more than a year, the client demanded that we start working on a different company of hers, free of charge and when informed that that is not possible she began using profane language to our customer service representativesOur Management team has tried since then to reach out to her and has been unable to connect with herWhen a client signs up for our program, we become invested in seeing their company succeedWe work hand in hand with the business owner and develop a strong working relationship with them, and their company success means the world to us. At this time we are more than happy to work with her as an affiliate of our program, or to proceed with *** *** as per our original contract, granted that the client agrees to remove the business credit section from her company website or sign up to be an affiliate and have access to hard won propriety information and many years of experience in helping tens of thousands of happy clients

My name is *** *** I filed on complaint on May 22, 2016, complaint ID# *** I will no longer be filing that complaint as the company has taken cared of the
matter already

Prior to receiving this complaint we had a conversation with the customer and came to a resolution of a partial refund of the membership fees paid. The account was placed on hold several months ago at the customer's request due to financial concerns and she decided to continue with the
service months agoShe has since had difficulty completing the steps and processes as instructed to achieve success with our program and we have collectively come to the conclusion to grant a partial refund and close the account. We have reached out to her to confirm the refund is underway and to expect a confirmation once complete. As always we wish her the best and are happy to assist in the future if her circumstances should change
