described as the ELITE program. This program entails a lot of hard costs on our end that go over way and above the 50% off retail pricing that you paid for the STANDARD program. The price for the program benefits you cut and pasted here is about 4 times what you paid and as we have tried to explain that if we were to offer them at our cost of $800 and charge you $400 then we would not be in business very long to help others. So as mentioned our normal program price is $795 and does not include any of the services that you have mentioned, yet does have the extreme benefits so many of us Entrepreneurs need to build our companies credit properly with the award winning program TrueBuild. Hopefully you can understand that. You received an extreme discount of 50% off the Standard program now and we would love to continue to offer the FULL services you paid for at the 50% off you received, but it can make it difficult when the understanding that our services have two levels and are very clearly stated cannot be offered at a loss. Now that I am aware of your unhappiness perhaps we can work together to offer some of the benefits of the ELITE program if they do not fit in your companies budget, and my personal attention to help in anyway possible to help your companies credit be a success.

complaint it is evident that it is in everyone’s best interest to issue a
refund as the client has not been able...

to satisfy the program requirements which
is inclusive of buying from vendors on credit and then paying those bills on
time to build the credit files for the client’s company.  Additionally, the client was often difficult
to reach due to his phone numbers not being in service or not having voicemail
set up.  This added another layer of
difficulty in fulfilling our service guarantees as communication with the
business owner is imperative for success with our program.  As for the claims that the company contact
information has changed, this is inaccurate. 
The sales representative that the client did originally speak to has
taken another position closer to his home, however his phone extension was
merely reassigned to the new representative that took over his position.  That being said, we are currently working
with the client to refund his payment.

I have owned many businesses over the span of the last 20 years including a very successful real estate corporation. I always used my own personal credit. Regardless if it was to purchase investment real estate, vehicles for business, office equipment, gasoline, etc. I knew of business credit, but did not know how it worked or how to obtain it. There was no one to ask or guide me.

I highly recommend TrueBuild to any nonprofit organization that is trying to build their organizations credit. All is true of what corporate credit network said eccept I have been waiting now for at leaxt two weeks to receive the partial refund amount of $195.00.  I will no longer attempt to contact corporate credit network directly.
