I have to say, I was very skeptical when I first saw True Build Credit on the Internet. I kept asking myself, how can this be? They just use your tax-id number to get credit? Not your social security number or any personal guarantee? Really? My curiosity got the best of me and now I am so glad it did! My experience with True Build has been amazing and I am not even finished yet. My credit technician is Niki T. and she is awesome. She is very responsive to all my e-mails and is very knowledgeable, professional and answers all the annoying questions I have that I am sure she has heard 1000 times.
Building credit for my business has taken some time… it does not happen overnight folks. I have been with True Build a little over 180 days now. I just received my 1st unsecured MasterCard with a credit limit of $12k. How’s that for results? I think it is amazing and look forward to the upcoming months. Thanks True Build Credit. I can finally get my business off the ground!

We here at TrueBuild Credit, value our client’s opinions and take every customer concern very seriously.
windowtext; border-image: none;">  While we take great pride in providing a valuable service to business owners in which we shoulder 90% of the work, we do need their participation especially in the beginning stages to insure the greatest success of each and every client. In this particular client's case it appears that there may have been a lack of commitment on her part to keep appointments and / or return our phone calls. The client signed up in July of 2016 on a payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $285 for a total of $885 (of which we have an invoice agreement signed by the client), we have documented attempts of reaching out to her by phone in excess of 20 times over the course of these past few months as well as having a history of emails documenting our struggles to have a successful phone conversation with her to move her forward. After the first 30 days when we were finally able to have a conversation, we deferred one monthly payment as a mutually agreed upon courtesy due to our company not being able to reach the client to begin our program. Following that conversation however, we then had a series of voicemails left and no contact once again. We continue to reach out to her on a regular basis as we are committed to fulfilling our agreement and service standards. It is unfortunate when we have a situation such as this where there just seems to be a breakdown of communication and unreal expectations. That being said, though we would have liked the opportunity to provide services, we feel that it may be in the best interest of all parties to provide her with a partial refund of the monies she paid even though we are not bound per our terms of service agreement (also signed by the client), and sever our relationship. We feel that a refund equating to 50% of the monies paid which would total $442.50 is a fair and equitable compromise as we as a company acquired several hard costs in attempting to service this account and wish her the best in her future endeavors.

I will definitely recommend TrueBuild Credit for building business credit! It takes a little patience but it pays off. I just received a MC w/25k limit and no PG. My personal credit score is currently below 600 and get declined when I try on my own. So I chose to work with TrueBuild and they have secured several small lines of credit and now one with 25k limit. Allow them to work their systematic approach to bringing you the credit lines to grow your business!

It looks like there was some confusion on this client and they were never even able to get started in our program. I spoke with Amanda personally to alleviate any concerns, and her and I understand that there may have been some simple confusion that led to her...

dis-satisfaction. TrueBuild strives to make sure that each and every client achieves their goals, and to that end we wish the absolute best to Amanda and her success.
Thank You,

[redacted],
I am very sorry to hear about
your experience with our company. We here at True Build Credit strive to
provide legendary service for all of our clients and we want to see your
company grow and succeed.  You have my sincere apology that we failed you
in some...

way.
I did take a look at the file
and I do see there were a few technicians working on the file, we all work as a
team here and all partake in building client files so our clients succeed. The
accounts that were sent over to you did report to your credit file, and you do
have trades on your reports.  When you spoke to your technician on 6/3/15
you told her you were excited about moving forward and the two of you pulled up
your files to move you to the next part of the program.  When your files
were pulled up, your technician found late payments on your credit files.
Our program works for so many business’s out there, however in order for our
program to work bills must be paid. After that initial dispute was done, your
technician continued to follow up with you every couple of weeks leaving
voicemails for you along with emails trying to reach you to let you know that
more disputes were being done by us. After 4 months of no contact the file was
archived and contact from us did stop.
I am sorry that you feel that
our instructions were not precise because we most definitely do not want you to
feel that way! We are here for you! We always say that phone communication may
be a better way to communicate if things are confusing, because a lot of things
can be taken the wrong way via writing.  We take your concerns very
seriously here at True Build Credit and appreciate your feedback as it allows
us to constantly make improvements within our system to help better our
clients.  Thank You,

I have been working with True Build for over a year and they have been a great resource to build business credit. With their guidance and support, I was able to get approved for a NO PG Mastercard with a $22,500 limit. Thank you True Build!

[redacted] has been absolutely awesome. I didn't understand anything about business credit. What I really like about [redacted] is that she listens to any and all of my questions and concerns, and while being very patient with me, always responds with very informative precise and detailed recommendations and or solutions. Communicating with [redacted] is makes you feel as if she has been a long time friend of yours that you confide in and most importantly you can trust to talk to about anything. [redacted] definitely has "It" as the saying goes and is one who without question has superb people skills. I am enjoying working with her and look forward each and every time have our scheduled updates for her advice and guidance to help me attain my goals in business. I trust her knowledge and expertise. Thank you.

We here at Truebuild take all of our feedback very seriously
and take time to review each and every complaint for the best possible
resolution.
yes;">  In reviewing this particular
complaint it is evident that it is in everyone’s best interest to issue a
refund as the client has not been able to satisfy the program requirements which
is inclusive of buying from vendors on credit and then paying those bills on
time to build the credit files for the client’s company.  Additionally, the client was often difficult
to reach due to his phone numbers not being in service or not having voicemail
set up.  This added another layer of
difficulty in fulfilling our service guarantees as communication with the
business owner is imperative for success with our program.  As for the claims that the company contact
information has changed, this is inaccurate.
The sales representative that the client did originally speak to has
taken another position closer to his home, however his phone extension was
merely reassigned to the new representative that took over his position.  That being said, we are currently working
with the client to refund his payment.

We have complied with every single request made by Truebuild and then some. We have tens of emails as proof that we have done our part and even have followed up with them to make sure they responded properly. Yes the issue began before the six month period and it continued until Ayer six month period. It was only after the six month period that we stopped communication and began our complaint process. The reason why we have three trade lines on our business profile is because we made purchases and paid out of company funds for those purchases. A simple google search would have been sufficient to find these companies which we opened trade lines with. One of them being Vistaprint which we have always used to purchase business marketing materials. Regardless of our business credit status (which was mainly due to our own purchases and payments), we are not happy with their survive and we have enough proof of their incompetence that we will win in court. If Revdex.com prefers us forwarding all email communication to prove our point, we have no problem doing so. Every communication has been documented and can be utilized as proof that we haven't being relieving quality service as we were promised to receive. TrueBuild makes it sound like they are saints and that we have NOT been complying with them, but we can provide copies of email communications proving otherwise. We simply ask for our money back in an amicable manner. If not, we will proceed with a lawsuit and will demand all court and attorney's fees in the process not to mention all monetary damages faces when appointments were missed and the time that was spent to literally run after these techs who wouldn't even keep their own appointments and wouldn't respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. We have done more than comply with what was expected of us and we still were treated poorly and unprofessionally; therefore, we decided to stop working with this company (AFTER the six month period passed) AND are entitled to our full refund.

TrueBuild Credit is the only way to go when building you business credit. Regardless the size of your business they will help you get the necessary credit you need to help grow your business. I just received a unsecured business MC with 18k limit with no PG. Take their advice and do what they suggest and you will have great results. I just wish I had used their service sooner.

Working with my representatives at this company has been a super positive experience. They have been very responsive, knowledgable and help to answer all of my questions. I am excited to continue working with them and am planning to work with them on my other business file too. Excellent experience so far!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While I do acknowledge that you have apologized, that does not satisfy my situation. I wouldn't mind different representatives working on my account if they were all working within a team. They instead did not know what was going on from one rep to the next. I was constantly told something different by each representative and rarely was contacted. When I did contact a new rep, they had already been replaced with another representative. I am aware that SOME accounts were reported, which was still an issue, because they all weren't reported. And they weren't reported based on the information 2 different representatives gave me on how to make the purchases. What this means is that I wasted money and time. So at the time, when there were only 2 trades reporting, I should have had more, and the 2 that were reported, did not report all the purchases I made, again because the of the info that the reps gave. And I NEVER told any of your representatives that I was excited about moving forward, especially not on 6/3/2015. I started with you guys 10/2014....by 1/2015 I was requesting a refund because of how horribly things were going. From then on it was a constant battle of back and forth to get my account canceled and refunded. This continued on for months with different excuses and run arounds until I was finally told that you would not be refunded. My initial refund request came when I noticed that the 90 DAY GUARANTEE you had was nothing more than words. At 90 days into the account, nothing had been done for me and no trades were even being reported. I was receiving apologies from reps because of their mistakes. Instead of telling your rep that I was excited, what I did was question why I had to continually call in to know that my accounts were not being reported or that I was ready to move on to the next "level" instead of having someone to reach out to me. After all of the time spent and ordering products that weren't even being reported, I was no longer concerned with holding up my end because it was just getting me into a bad situation. The "late" payments that you mention had nothing to do with my account with you guys because as long as I was working with you I never had a late payment. The late payment came way after I saw that you guys were a scam company. So that is irrelevant to my issue with your company not doing any of what they guaranteed. And your reps followed up with me after me stating that I wanted a refund for the millionth time and not a "free credit report". I was told a flat out no that there was no refund coming to me...so what's to follow up on? I was only given an apology on behalf of the reps who mismanaged my account and told that a rep was let go because of it. That didn't solve my issue so there was nothing to follow up on unless she was calling to give me that refund that was guaranteed in your 90 day guarantee.Nothing was confusing to me and not only did we talk in writing but many many phone calls. Again, I wanted a refund by 1/2015...which was within your 90 day guarantee, and you did not give it. So by your own admissions of still dealing with representatives in 6/2015 goes to show that no one was willing to refund my money. So that guarantee was a lie and scam to make me feel comfortable giving away my money. I still have all e-mail correspondence between myself and each of your reps so I know what I was told by each of them. I know when I was apologized to. I know when I was ignored. I know when I was told someone was fired for their errors. I know how many times I asked for a refund. I do not accept your response because I was scammed. I would accept a refund like I requested withing your guarantee!

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience with our company.  We here at TrueBuild Credit, deeply care about the success of each and every client.  It...

is essential that when joining our program, our clients follow the key fundamentals of our program to ensure that they are successful. One of the first requirements of our program is to make sure that your business is credit worthy, which means that certain compliance items for your company must be completed. Your credit technician went over these items with you, and called you once a week (along with emails) for 8 months.  During those 8 months your phone number changed and you notified us months later, and we continued to reach out to you on your new number, when finally after no contact for over 90 days your file was archived in December 2015 pursuant to or Terms of Agreement that we have signed and on file. When you recently reached out to our company, you were informed that your file would need to be retrieved from our archives before we could address any inquiries regarding the status of your membership. Company policy warrants an administration fee of up to $390 reactivate an archived client, however we are willing to waive this fee for you and continue with your membership free of any additional charges if you so choose. The Truebuild Program works for so many! Just the other day, we had 3 clients with less than 500 personal credit scores receive MasterCards with creditlines in excess of $25,000, and that is just one days worth of approvals. I am very sorry that you have had some challenges with our program, but in reviewing your account it appears these issues could be easily alleviated if we can establish better communication avenues. If you choose to sever our working relationship, the circumstances involved do not warrant a refund. However, we do sincerely wish you the best of luck with your business and thank you for choosing TrueBuild Credit.

The real deal. I've been a part of many credit building programs for years and True Build Credit is the only service that has produced results quickly. I was a bit skeptical at first, but [redacted] and [redacted] really knew what they were doing and how to rebuild my business credit and improve my FICO score. This business claims to be the innovators of building business credit and so far, they've proven it, so I thought I'd leave them a well-earned review. Thanks for the persistent work to build my business credit and revitalize my passion.

We here at TrueBuild Credit, value our client’s opinions and take every customer concern very seriously.  To address the client’s request of the refund of her $1k, this client signed up for our service on 7/24/15.  We offered a highly discounted price plan which was $745 if paid upfront...

in a one payment or a payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $285.  This being an extremely rare discount of our normal $995 or 4 payments of $295 (Already an amazing price for a hands on full service) The client chose the discounted monthly payments. Unfortunately, both the 2nd and 3rd payments were paid late so she was charged a $25 late fee.  This brings her total paid to $880, not $1k. In addition, at the onset of joining our service, the client signed our agreement stating that she would not be eligible for a refund until she had been an active member for a minimum of 6 months and complied with all the terms of our program.  At this point in time, those conditions have not been met as we have had several lapses in communication, (August 2015-October 2015 and again from January 2016- June 2016), as well as her account payments not being paid on time and client refusing to follow the direction and advice of the assigned representative. (The signed agreement and program overview are attached).   Despite this, we have been willing to work with [redacted] and move her forward. Our program is laid out as a 5 step process in which we work alongside the business owner to achieve their goals and help them avoid any mistakes that they may make along the way by jumping ahead or doing any of our crucial steps out of order. After completing the first portion of our program, the client was demanding to have the program in its entirety made available to her stating that she would proceed at her own pace and in her own time. After becoming oddly upset and unprofessional when told that is not how our service works and that her request is against company policy.  Upon examining the reasons behind her strange request further, we found that she was offering similar services on her company’s website and was really just looking to plagiarize and resell our information and content to to her own customers.  We let her know that if she would like to offer our service to her customers, she would need to sign up to be a reseller and pay our volume discounted rate to refer her customers to us. She became very angry and hung up. Included below is the client’s website URL in which it very clearly shows she is trying to sell the services we provide. Due to the nature of how easy it is to change a site this writing is in effect as of 09/16/16 and the Wayback internet archive URL can be used at anytime to validate this: [redacted]
After working on [redacted] for more than a year, the client demanded that we start working on a different company of hers, free of charge and when informed that that is not possible she began using profane language to our customer service representatives. Our Management team has tried since then to reach out to her and has been unable to connect with her. When a client signs up for our program, we become invested in seeing their company succeed. We work hand in hand with the business owner and develop a strong working relationship with them, and their company success means the world to us.  At this time we are more than happy to work with her as an affiliate of our program, or to proceed with [redacted] as per our original contract, granted that the client agrees to remove the business credit section from her company website or sign up to be an affiliate and have access to hard won propriety information and many years of experience in helping tens of thousands of happy clients.

Wow this is extremely unfortunate, especially considering that a trucking company, so long as they pay their bills on time, is one of the easiest types of companies to build credit on. There were over 100+ Visa's for limits of $10K+ approved this week for members that joined after you did. In...

regards to disappearing we have had the same number for about 7 years so that is rather silly, all you have to do is call. We could have identified which bills were not getting paid on time from your business that was causing you to not get approved whereas every other company that followed our simple program and advice has more CC cards than the know what to do with. Business credit is not a matter of does it work, or are we a scam. We are actually the only backend system with a proprietary True Build system and the only real company in the country that does what we do with a 20+ full time staff dedicated to client success. The hard part on our end is the simple concept that is if you open accounts like we do for you and pay those on time you will have good business cre3dit and open more accounts every month. There is nothing that stops any trucking company from getting a $25k [redacted] that has been a member so long other than actual bad business credit. We can fix it as I suspect we tried on your file probably several time over but we simply cannot force an owner to follow thru with that concept and there is nothing we can do. With that said as sometimes we cannot get through to a client as to the absolute certainty that this will be a waste of everyone time and money perhaps we missed going over that and can do better in the future insuring clients sign and understand that there is only one way a business can actually fail at building credit moving forward. In exchange for bringing it to our attention that we need to strive to do better there and educate and insure clients that have never had good personal credit perhaps understand this we can offer a one time refund and hope the best for you and your business. Please contact the same number you have had as a client that is answered by hundreds of clients everyday, year after year and ask for [redacted] and that Mike the owner wanted the aforementioned done as a courtesy for your frustrations in understanding how to build business credit and what was necessary. Unfortunate for both you, but as any business owner would understand the real loss and scam can oftentimes be the monetary cost involved to pay employees to help clients whom we cannot get to follow some certain steps due to a lack on our part I suppose to help understand how business credit is built, all that has to be done is pay bills on time and we can do the rest.
