We here at TrueBuild Credit, value our client’s opinions and take every customer concern very seriously. While we take great pride in providing a valuable service to business owners in which we shoulder 90% of the work, we do need their participation especially in the beginning stages to
insure the greatest success of each and every clientIn this particular client's case it appears that there may have been a lack of commitment on her part to keep appointments and / or return our phone callsThe client signed up in July of on a payment plan of monthly payments of $for a total of $(of which we have an invoice agreement signed by the client), we have documented attempts of reaching out to her by phone in excess of times over the course of these past few months as well as having a history of emails documenting our struggles to have a successful phone conversation with her to move her forwardAfter the first days when we were finally able to have a conversation, we deferred one monthly payment as a mutually agreed upon courtesy due to our company not being able to reach the client to begin our programFollowing that conversation however, we then had a series of voicemails left and no contact once againWe continue to reach out to her on a regular basis as we are committed to fulfilling our agreement and service standardsIt is unfortunate when we have a situation such as this where there just seems to be a breakdown of communication and unreal expectationsThat being said, though we would have liked the opportunity to provide services, we feel that it may be in the best interest of all parties to provide her with a partial refund of the monies she paid even though we are not bound per our terms of service agreement (also signed by the client), and sever our relationshipWe feel that a refund equating to 50% of the monies paid which would total $is a fair and equitable compromise as we as a company acquired several hard costs in attempting to service this account and wish her the best in her future endeavors

I contacted this company over a year ago For the Business Credit Builder Program Instead of them simply giving out all for the instructions at once and letting you complete the company they want to keep going into someone D&B profile which will bring your score down, and cause D&B to red flag your company
This was suppose to be a simple step process, instead it has become a long enduring hassle over the last year
If I made purchases, just give me step 2, when I complete step give me step
They want to act like they are selling some amazing product Everyone who has been in business for a while knows to get a listing, a corporate address, a website, and corporate email and voicemail, and a bank account
They are a very rude organization, they call constantly from different numbers with no consistency

Corporate Credit Network's "True-Build" credit structure provides a much needed service to busy beginning and seasoned entrepreneurs...
I would rate it Outstanding so far!
As a Client since May 2016 I've had the pleasure to stop by their office and meet a few of them all and see how hard they work.
The talented women they have on board are skilled and provide a service that does it all, I admit I did have to do some work too...
But recently I was out of town and their support staff just days ago had e-mailed me with all (5) of the vendors trade lines started and set up for me, awaiting my review and orders.
That saved me time and they followed through without question!
Great Job...to the women and men at Corporate Credit Network.

Hello [redacted] as you are aware this had been dealt with and despite the inaccuracies posted  here and elsewhere your refund had already been approved  as you had understood that the only reason for your company's failure to proceed with...

the program was your unwillingness to adhere to US laws regarding creating a business, specifically getting an EIN number. As stated  in so many places you cannot build business credit without it so to post a complaint considering you are aware of these facts is very disappointing. Below is our previous conversation you are aware of and again your refund is in queue to be done but at this point we will now need to get this resolved  amicably also.
Here is the response you are aware of in addition to the 27 emails and calls asking that you get the required  EIN number taken care of. Again we are offering a courtesy refund per this last e-mail you received  the previous business day, that is going way over and above the norm but it can take a few days.
This was sent on Friday. We like most companies in the US do not work on Sat and Sun, it is now Monday. You request** that we send a PayPal as you seemed in an extreme hurry to get a refund immediately instead of a check which was also replied  to and we were going to also bend over backwards to accommodate.

the best interest of my company and you to get your money back and part ways.
Please try to keep in mind that our time is money as is yours and we have to
take the loss at this point and not exactly sure between all the calls to get
an EIN which still boggles me how much we have spent on our end to try and
help. So with that said the bottom line is Corporate Network will give you the
benefit of the doubt and just give you a refund because you at least admitted
some of this was your fault.  Like you, we
don’t want to be taken advantage of. But, as a business, we will err on the
side of our customer.
As the transaction was I think over 6 months ago a return to
your CC may not be possible as that is how Visa/MC work. Let me see about
getting you a credit somehow and hopefully not have to send a check of $700
which is what I think we should both feel comfortable with. With that I can
only imagine how many hundreds we are losing but in the end that is the cost of
doing business if a client is not happy sometimes and like ** pointed  out,
mentioned  that you had admitted  it was a two sided  failure. Sad for both of us
as I have never let a client NOT get their services that they fully paid for
once it got to me. Best of luck sir and please contact [redacted] or [redacted] to get
this resolved  with the credit. Thanks"
This was the previous answer to the complaint you were aware of and accept** responsibility for being the only company in our programs history to ever not get an EIN that takes less than 30 seconds to do and is absolutely requir** to open any credit accounts.
"Your complaint consisted of a demand for a refund and complaints
about “wasted time”. Certainly some time has been wasted, however that is a
result of the failure to comply on your end. You see sir we have absolute
requirements since we are a reality based  program. As an example only a fool
would think they could build personal credit if they were unable or unwilling
to use a social security number. Since 9/11 here in the United  States all
corporations must have a proper EIN number. I see tons of very competent advice
getting nowhere to deal with this simple 5 minute item. If you are not a US citizen
then you must get an ITIN number to obtain an EIN number for a corporation. It
is baffling that you are screaming scam when this is a requirement, your
initial sign up clearly states that and our terms are set in stone. It is not
possible as has been stated  so many times in the notes that it seems simply
ridiculous to be honest sir.
We build credit for corporations, and we are the largest in the
country at doing so. Since you have been a member, literally thousands of US
corporations have obtained  tens of thousands in credit. In order to be a
legitimate business, open a bank account, or open the most insanely small
starter credit accounts with simple vendors to get started  you will ne*ed  to get
an EIN. This was reiterated  so many times, as I have read, that it is baffling.
How can you call something a scam when you are the only one that I know of in
12 years that won’t do the most basic thing and that is to obtain an EIN number
and the very number that the credit will be built under? That is like screaming
scam because a US mortgage company won’t approve a loan without a social
security number. It’s not up for debate. It cannot be done period. From what I
can see, so much time has been spent trying to help this basic premise get done
and find ways to “get around” starting a legitimate business that it behooves
us as the company you paid. You got our program for about half price, it has
wasted  more time and resources than you paid for. We are the best at what we
do, there is no question. We have had a few complaints and when we are wrong
there is literally nothing more important to me as an owner than to get the
bottom of it and fix whatever that is. But in this case, just flying off the
handle about our program being an e-book is simply incorrect. You can’t call
and e-mail an e-book over 20 times and get prompt and professionally courteous
responses every time. You’re basing your opinion on a program with which you
have not complied  with the requirements so I am at a total loss? Have your
support people not had this conversation 15+ times and the representative that
signed  you up had clear notes that as an international client you were clear
that there is no way to “get around” being a legitimate US company to expect
legitimate US business credit?
I am sorry you are upset, as
a business owner so am I. I can only imagine how much it has cost me to pay
hourly and highly trained  employees to have support conversations about
something that should have been done in the first 5 minutes. There is simply no
way to “scam” the system and not get an EIN as you are requesting. That is all
I see here so far. Please let me know if I am missing something and if you have
the required  EIN and are in ne** of assistance. I assure you that our
technicians are the best there are, many of them I have train** myself. Please
let me know ASAP why we cannot get this done.
I can formally reply to your complaint but I felt it important
to reply ASAP as I have never in 12 years seen something so simple be a
problem. It is not an option to build business credit without a business and it
is not a real business without an EIN and corporation in place. It is a simple
black and white issue. Let’s get it resolv** together ASAP!
On a quick search of the account this company has literally
spent 6 months to get incorporated  and still has not set up a simple website
and phone number. I am completely confused  as these are all insanely simple
things that are supposed  to be done in the first 72 hours. All I see is tons of
e-mails complaining and nothing real done. I don’t understand, did you want one
of our employees to put your company in their name to obtain an EIN? All of
these required  items have never been a problem for tens of thousands of
companies no matter how small or how limited  their start up budget.
If you hired  one of the best attorneys to work for you and
didn’t give him what he needs to fight your case like something as simple as a
case number, then sent him 30+ emails, 15 calls saying he was scamming you, yet
didn’t give him the required  and simple information to do anything about it,
how does that make any sense? I’m at a loss. We have to use some common sense
here sir.  I see nothing but e-mails screaming and nice professional
replies asking you to do something no one has ever had an issue doing.  I
can tell you that we take each and every one of our client’s success very
seriously and now that you’re under my watch and have my attention I can assure
you that there will be no more time wasting on your part or ours to that end"

very sorry to hear about
your experience with our company. We here at True Build Credit strive to
provide legendary service for all of our clients and we want to see your
company grow and succeed.  You have my sincere apology that we failed you
in some way.  
I did take a look at the file
and I do see there were a few technicians working on the file, we all work as a
team here and all partake in building client files so our clients succeed. The
accounts that were sent over to you did report to your credit file, and you do
have trades on your reports.  When you spoke to your technician on 6/3/15
you told her you were excited about moving forward and the two of you pulled up
your files to move you to the next part of the program.  When your files
were pulled up, your technician found late payments on your credit files. 
Our program works for so many business’s out there, however in order for our
program to work bills must be paid. After that initial dispute was done, your
technician continued to follow up with you every couple of weeks leaving
voicemails for you along with emails trying to reach you to let you know that
more disputes were being done by us. After 4 months of no contact the file was
archived and contact from us did stop.  
I am sorry that you feel that
our instructions were not precise because we most definitely do not want you to
feel that way! We are here for you! We always say that phone communication may
be a better way to communicate if things are confusing, because a lot of things
can be taken the wrong way via writing.  We take your concerns very
seriously here at True Build Credit and appreciate your feedback as it allows
us to constantly make improvements within our system to help better our
clients.

TrueBuild does exactly as they say they are going to do.....and more! I was able to build my business credit rating through their process and obtain the credit our company needed to grow!

We, at TrueBuild, take any and all feedback about our service very seriously and will make adjustments within our customer service standards and processes where needed and consider all customer comments, good and bad, opportunities to learn and grow.  However, we stand by our initial statement and are willing to provide any documentation we have supporting our position.  That being said, although the client did not qualify for refund, we are willing to work towards a resolution of a partial refund to accommodate the frustration the client experienced with communication issues that occurred when her representative related and her account was reassigned. We hope the best for her and that we can find a middle ground that works for both of us.
